Good Experience.

I found 1st Central to be fairly easy and straightforward to follow. The only slight difficulty I had was trying to understand what the list of different options offered ………they all looked very similar. Nevertheless I managed to choose the policy that suited me best. Good price as well.

Very simple

Very simple to set up my car insurance, I have been a named driver for the last 3 years but was time to get mt own insurance again, process was simple, quick and the monthly payments are also really good price!

Useless

My policy included RAC breakdown cover but I wasn't entitled to it as "it broke down within a quarter mile of my residence" according to the CSA. Also, worryingly, prior to the phonecall, when I tried to make a claim online the RAC did not recognise my policy at all. Absolutely USELESS CROOKS, furthermore I was not able to change my insurance policy online to a different vehicle. Double useless. I'll be cancelling my policy ASAP. I'll never use you again.

Unfortunately it appears that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I have had a quote for renewal for £793.34. I bought a policy from you on 9th April from yourselves and paid for at that time which was for £502.05. Quite a difference. I have just contacted 1st Central to find out what is going on. First call for 8 minutes and cut off,second call for 21 minutes. When eventually answered it was difficult to hear the conversation as there was considerable back ground noise in call centre. Hopefully it will be a better experience next year. Richard Cotes James.
