Good and bad aspects. Put in touch with a dealer who was very easy to deal with other than sending me a secondhand part that didn't work (electrical female end damaged with all the wires exposed making connection into the male clip in the van impossible). They were polite, easy to deal with and I was fully refunded including the return postage that I paid but it did take c6wks, umpteen emails and a trip to the post office which could have been avoided if they had not tried to sell a clearly, critically damaged part.

I was looking for quite a rare part for a 1998 Mercedes, I had quotes back in 24hrs.

Needed a new sub frame for my Honda Civic, brand new it would have cost me a £1000, Checked out 1st choice and they had got me several quotes within a couple of hours, only paid £140 for a salvaged one.. Payment was easy and the part was with me within 5 days, great service all the way around

Used for the first time. 2 weeks later and I still have t received the parts from the supplier.

After constantly ringing up Orange Autosalvage they promised that the item would be with me soon, however, they admitted as of yesterday (now 4weeks since purchasing part) they don’t have it.

I could find a part that wasn't available anywhere else.

Delay in dispatching . I paid on 16 October but part was not dispatched until 27 October .
Other than that part was OK and price was OK .

too expensive parts its the same one buying of the market shops there are some scam around here you got beware of them can be really not to trust them

Inputted my part number and 5 minutes later 2 offers appeared for power steering pipes for a 20 year old Jaguar XJR.
Still to be fitted and hopefully they are the correct ones ! If not will be interesting to see how the returns system works.
So far very pleased and would recommend trying them.
