Absolutely useless after being bombarded with Emails I ordered a wing mirror. I had to call first to understand how things worked. Delivery was quoted a 3 to four days. After a week, NOTHING, no Emails no delivery nothing. I called, provided my order number to be told that shipment had been lost (had I been told this earlier? NO) then almost by magic a refund Email arrived, obviously triggered by my phone call. So instead of being able to fit a new mirror I am again looking round to find one.

The most useless company I have ever dealt with as literally no updates. yes some companies bombard you with it has left the warehouse, its on the road off the road in the dist site etc. but to get nothing at all after a week and then find that it was simply my call that triggered a response?

This would be the last company I would ever even think of using again and like most bad experiences you tend to tell far more people than if you have had a good experience.

Great platform. This is the first time I've used it and found the right product quickly.

Ist Choice quickly found the spare I was looking for and the supplier was very good (when I phoned) at making sure the item was right. So overall !st Choice are a great way of sourcing the spares you require. The service was let down by not receiving any emails in answer to my question re returning the item.

Beware Searched this website for a brake pipe , scott yard thought they had the part ,they sent photos of which I replied no that is not the part , they sent it anyway and I have had no refund after refusing delivery like they told me to do , I’ve contacted 1st choice twice now with no reply , poor service for me .

Very positive experience - put in my request for a Ford (C-Max) alloy wheel, got several offers straight away from across the country and Ford Parts Oldham delivered the perfect wheel within days. Will call again! Thanks!

Extremely disappointed. Pump stopped working after a week, poor build quality and terrible customer support. Do not buy

Service was helpful on the phone and delivery was very prompt.
However, the item, a hatchback door, was not protected in any way before transit which left the paintwork vulnerable. There were paintwork chips on the edges, particularly the sides and lower edge that had to be repaired. These could have originated in recovery before transit. The delivery driver was careful during delivery but there was no edge protection or protection of any kind.

Bought a part that was supposed to be with me today 5 days after purchase. Only now the breaker Scott parts refunds me saying part is not in stock!?! I needed my car for work! Why did they not tell me at the time so pissed off.

Received several responses. Phoned for confirmation then was told item was actually broken. Raised request again, phoned a different supplier to confirm correct items, I completed a purchase; only to learn the following day that the part was not actually available.
Bought from eBay at a fraction of the price.

Never used this type of service before, required part for my A Class that was needed to pass MOT, Mercedes was charging an arm and a leg, found this very quickly at an affordable priceusing this website.

This is such a wonderful service. My garage struggled to find the right parts for my car but luckily using this service I was able to browse different quotes and choose who I wanted to purchase from and what I wanted to pay. First class.

!st choice Spares were able to find me a Kia brake switched which I was unable to locate from numerous dealerships and other outlets. Was advised that the part was on a backorder and could take up to three months to be deliverd. On contacting 1st Choice Spares they immediately set about trying to locate the required item. I was kept updated regularly and after a short period of time I was advised that the part had been located. The service throughout was excellent and would highly recommend them

Have used 1st Choice several times now and been impressed every time. From the start, you only have to enter Reg Number to identify the vehicle and if select the ‘email responses’ option then you quickly get 10 or more prices from various suppliers. Easy to use and will be back for sure.

Found 1st Choice spares quick to respond to request for spares then it was poor communication regarding delivery and contact. Finally got in contact, told part was damaged after 7 days money refunded

We recently contacted 1st Choice with regards to a engine needed for my daughter’s car (by the way never had a problem with there recommended companies before) they gave us the details of three companies and had the misfortune to chose MGS autos of Macclesfield.What an absolute nightmare they have been from lying about the engine to start with,it’s a plug in and go only done 30000 miles to when it broke done after two weeks now being told it was from a 2017 car that basically should have been rebuilt before being fitted.So after spending £1200 on the engine and £800 installing the engine we are left with no option but to scrap the car it’s only worth £3000 running.It then transpired MGS purchased the engine themselves so were only acting as middle men i would seriously advise anyone thinking of using MGS to think again there after sales service in shocking and warranty not worth the paper it’s written on.
