Absolutely horrible experience. Spoke to several people and was promised a delivery date. Then got several emails saying it was pushed back a month. When I went to cancel I had to speak to nine agents. 9! All of them were unprofessional and rude. This should not have been so difficult and I will never shop with them again

If I could give this company zero…
If I could give this company zero stars, I would the customer service is absolutely terrible. The service after the sale when you purchase the extended warranty protection plan is terrible and a complete rip off as it covers nothing. Management does not call you back. The furniture does not last our furniture is not even two years old and his junk. Do not order from this company.
UPDATE: I HAVE SPOKE TO SEVERAL MANAGMENT SUPPOSEDLY...SUSAN, JACK & EDMOND...ALL WERE NO HELP

Toni was extremely patient and kind. I asked for a price match with a competitor. He went to bat for me with the manager. I will always call one stop bedrooms before any furniture purchase.
Their delivery is top notch also
On a past order I dealt with customer services and they contacted the manufacturer immediately and the situation was resolved. She called back a week later to check up on everything!
