Damaged furniture
I ordered a night stand and dresser. When it arrived, we were hit with a snow storm so I couldn't sell the old furniture right away because no one could get around. When I finally sold the old furniture and opened the new dressers, the tall dresser had a nick in the corner. When I contacted Onestop bedrooms, they asked me why it took so long to make a complaint, like I had done it. Then they only took $50 dollars off. Will not order from them again.

The delivery team had a challenge getting the sofa into the bedroom where I wanted it placed, but they persevered and got it done.
