I had great customer service
I had great customer service. Even when one of my purchases were on back order they asked me if they could help me find something else in the same price range. I ordered two different sets of couches and the are both top quality. My delivery and set up was top notch as well. I highly recommend this company.

The sofas are very comfortable
The sofas are comfortable for me (6'2") and my wife (5'2"). The adjustable headrests make the difference. We are very glad we bought them but the delivery people would not bring them into our elevator out of the box (Box didn't fit). Fortunately we have neighbors that helped carry the bases into the elevator and into our unit and they were very easy to put together.

I’ve never used this company before and the gentleman that answered the phone just to verify my address was wonderful. He also gave me information about the warranty program which I he told me I have 30 days to decide on which I’m so thrilled about financially things are a little tight right now, but it would be nice to be able to get the warranty and when I get my income tax look at other furniture that you have so thank you very much for excellent customer service.
