Other than the long wait, when the driver arrived he was very positive and extremely polite and got me back on the road with in minutes so happy days, thank you for your service in the end.

Recovery driver hor to me within half an hour of making the request. I couldn't ask for a nicer guy was bubbly and very knowledgeable. Fixed my car and sent me on my way within 20 mins. Best driver ever

I had four pick ups and four companys. You was three pick up and your driver was the the most unexperienced The driver repositioned his wagon four times before he picked my car up. The fourth position he put the wagon in was after another driver come over to him and told him were to put it . He only strapped the car down on one side of the wagon the other company's strapped all four wheels down

The online process via the RAC is a bit convoluted but the personal touch from the mechanic just after dark eased the anxiety. Followed by the ETA phone call from the team, then the personable service provided by the truck driver massively improved what was a very unpleasant evening. Being stood on a busy pitch black motorway is not recommended as a way to spend three hours. 👏👏👏

Excellent service, from all three recovery guys. Quick and efficient. On the last leg home there were two main roads closed for roadworks, this was handled excellently with little drama although long detours.

Excellent service from the initial phone call then speaking to an agent and finally the roadside assistance driver. The driver was friendly and very efficient, she explained things and sorted the problem quickly.

The recovery driver was very proffessinal arrived on time taking care to carefully attach a tow to my older jaguar and load it onto a flat bed to transport it back home .

AA passed us on to this company very quickly when my daughter broke down in my car. They communicated well and frequently, had her collected within an hour of advising they were doing the job. Dropped the car at our local garage wed specified and my daughter at her house. Amazing service , well done and thank you.
