Absolute jokers. My car is still where it was yesterday. You sent someone who wasn’t allowed to move the car, only allowed to do a repair even though I flagged the car as undrivable. She left and you said someone else would come to move 2 hours later only for you to ring 10 minutes before they were due to cancel. All this while the app said they were still en route. I will be writing a full complaint and expect appropriate compensation for sitting in a Corsa for 6 hours for no reason.

Had these guys come out to me today, didnt wait long and had me back on the road in no time. Very happy with the service provided.

I broke down with a flat battery just when I was picking my wife up from hospital they sent me a link it was so quick I got a message back saying they'd be with me within an hour and they turned up forty minutes later I was back on the road within the hour

Once again this company got me out of a hole created by RAC inefficiency. They appreciated the peculiar problem I faced and rearranged a proposed collection date and time to assist me. Very impressed and grateful. Driver both experienced and courteous. Service excellent.

The recovery driver was a very kind and nice lady. She tried to tell me where I could get the parts on Sunday and how I could fix it myself, but the car was typical, so I couldn't fix it myself. However, she dropped me home, which was also very nice.AA one of the best UK Breakdown Services.

Our experience with this recovery agent on 15 May 26 was second to none. We found the service to be efficient, very professional and the driver was friendly and helpful. Car recovered from a difficult location on the M62 in less than a hour what more could one ask for?

Absolutely outstanding experience. Good communication and really reassuring updates. A female mechanic arrived and that (as a lone female ) was impressive. She was awesome. She diagnosed my car issues and for the car back on the road. She also suggested a couple of useful tips should I find myself in a fix again. All this at 2 am in the morning. Great experience.

Didn't have to wait too long before the truck arrived. Took myself and my vehicle to the garage as requested. The driver was very pleasant and I felt safe in the knowledge that my car would be sorted.

I broken down on westbound near blackpool , I waited ages for rac they sent 1strescueandrecoveryservice and the gentleman steve I think he is called with the eagle tattoo on his neck , was very friendly and make the hour peaceful and had a nice friendly chat i was with my partner and my autistic daughter. I would recommend these guys . Thank you so much
