We were handed to this company by Peugeot roadside assistance when our motorhome broke down. I cannot rate them highly enough I was contacted straight away with estimated arrival times and told exactly what to expect.
This was updated regularly until the recovery truck arrived. The recovery driver was brilliant very very knowledgable and took genuine care with our pride and joy which was very reassuring and comforting.
Would recommend them to anyone great service thank you.

Quick response to motorway breakdown, friendly driver

Brit was very good. The vehicle wasn't rescued. The lady came and disconnected the battery, so that the hazard/warning light stopped she said I might have to take it to a specialist to take the dash board out to fix the hazard switch. I managed to fix the light myself the next day without dismantling the dashboard.

1st class service from 1st Recovery after our BMW 2 Series broke down near Urmston. Extremely quick contact from them after they received the job from my breakdown company, excellent communication and the recovery truck was there within 20 minutes. The driver was great, really helpful and friendly. He had the car loaded in no time and dropped it and me off at my preferred garage. Wish every company’s service was as good. Thank-you to all involved.

Recovery arrived quickly. We weren't automatically expecting recovery, rather someone to have a look for the problem first so to then be told we had 10 mins to leave before they would have to go without us felt quite rushed especially when we had to transfer children's car seats. There was issues with the seatbelts in the back.
The Driver was friendly, patient with the children and got us home safe and in a timely manner.

My wife sustained a puncture to her rear tyre and ended up with major devastation to her rear tyre. Here is what she said about her experience.
I was passed onto First Recovery by Auto Aid. after requesting assistance for a puncture. Impressed by the prompt and excellent service from the First Recovery operative who arrived very soon after I'd been told to expect him, in a low loader recovery truck. He inspected the tyre as best he could where the car was parked in a parking space near the petrol pumps in the filling station, and decided the tyre was too damaged to be reflated. Then very safely and efficiently loaded the car onto the low loader without causing disruption to cars using the pumps. I was able to climb into the passenger seat, and we set off towards the M67 and the route back to my home. I felt very safe with his driving, and as I know the route via the M60 round Stockport, M56, A556 and M6 very well myself, was confident and relaxed on the journey home. He unloaded the car onto our drive as requested, since we can get someone local to come out to change the tyre. A very pleasant and welcome journey, and pleased I got home in daylight.

Kept getting messages changing arrival time, when the recovery man arrived and got my car on the truck I received a call from someone else saying they are waiting for me at the tickle trout, so I don't think you're communication with each other is very good. But the man that took me home was brilliant kind and friendly.
