I was recommended to speak to Matt following the excellent service he gave one of my friends. He was professional, prompt and offered the best price for the flooring we were after. I will be sure to be telling all my friends about him if they need any flooring.

1-2-1 flooring installed lvt in my home In may 2019. I called them last week Jan 2020 regarding a slight discoloration
With a few panels. They arranged for the fitter to attend a week later. Derek replaced the tiles, no fuss no drama. They have been excellent from my first call last march. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am not the most decisive of people but Matt Goss was incredibly patient and provided brilliant advice and guidance. The range available to choose from was fantastic and I eventually, with his help, found what I was looking for. Once I had placed my order the service was seamless and the flooring arrived within a few days for me to collect as planned. Thank you Matt for being so patient - I have no doubt I drove you mad!

We just had wood flooring installed in two rooms by 1 to 1 flooring. The whole process was extremely professional from our first visit to the shop where Michelle helped us to choose the right product, right through to installation. Tony, the fitter was one of the most conscientious people I’ve ever met, his finish was absolutely perfect, he kept the place tidy as he worked and was a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with the end result, fantastic product and a fantastic company to deal with, I would recommend 1 to 1 flooring to anyone.

3 bedroom house fully laminated in less than 3 weeks of estimate and quote. All done to a high standard by Tony who fitted the full floor. Most competitive price from 3 quotes in St Alban's.

I am very happy with 1to1 flooring. They are very professional across all departments- finding out right product,sales, fittings etc. Their team in St Albans office is very knowledgeable and they always kept us upto date and answer our queries promptly.

1to1 Flooring was the first and only place we visited for our flooring. From the moment we arrived in the shop we quickly realised we didn't need to look any further. We opted for Amtico throughout the entire ground floor. Matt in store was so helpful and knowledgeable and offered to create visualizer pictures of our property which was such a benefit when making our final decision, his advice and customer service skills was second to none. We will be returning shortly for our carpets upstairs and will be certainly recommending them to all our family and friends.

We had Amtico flooring installed by Richard and Callum. They were brilliant. Polite and professional and the floor looks fantastic. It was a fairly big job and the herringbone pattern quite time consuming but they worked very hard and stayed late on the final day to finish off as scheduled.

I have had a very large amtico installation and the finish is perfect (lots of complications around the fireplace, coming flush with the patio doors, uneven flooring etc). All done perfectly, couldn't recommend highly enough, well worth the wait.

We had Amtico laid and the fitter Tony was amazing. The floor looks lovely and he was very hard working and efficient.

1 to 1 laid Amtico throughout our ground floor and bathrooms, and fitted carpets in all of the bedrooms.
We found the instore Amtico display particularly helpful and the whole process ran very smoothly. Excellent service and communication throughout and the end product looks fantastic.
