We had a new Amtico floor laid by 123floor and i can honestly say we are delighted with the floor and the service we received from 123floor. Everything from the initial sale, through to the fitting was handled professionally and with care and attention. We would highly recommend then to others!

123Floor have fitted flooring in various rooms in our house over the years, from carpet in small bedrooms to luxury vinyl tiles across our large open-plan living space. We are so impressed with how professionally they operate, and the flooring is always great quality and very well fitted. Fitters are polite and efficient, and all the staff in the office/shop are super-helpful. There's also 456Fix who sweep in and fix any plumbing or fitting jobs needed around your new flooring, which makes planning and completing home projects a LOT easier, as everything's there for you under one umbrella, as it were. Highly recommend and delighted with the service.

We had our floor replaced in the hall, WC, kitchen diner and a cupboard under the stairs. This involved removing the existing lvt floor, putting down new latex and fitting a new Amtico floor. Gary from 456fix took up the old floor and dealt with our furniture, washing machine and appliances. Paul Fossey did an amazing job of fitting the new floor and getting it smooth, a much better job than the builders left behind, we had feature strips and a new mat at the front door. All this work was completed while we were on our honeymoon, amazing job, thoroughly recommended.

We've had excellent service by 123Floor with supply and fit of LVT and carpet for our new house. Excellent advice, great quality and competent fitters doing the work. We will happily go back in the future if the need comes up.

Carpets by 123 were excellent so no complaints there.
But door adjustments by their mates at 456Fix were very poor so avoid them at all costs and arrange it with someone else. Poor finish at bottom of door and an oak veneer door was damaged in the process. The chap couldn't even be bothered to reply to emails so appalling customer service in my view. The best bit is you have to pay up front for the shoddy service too!

Another first class experience from 123 Flooring. Transformed a 1999 carpeted hall floor into a really stylish classic amtico flooring. Right from the start of selection and ordering by Charlie, measuring by Rob, prompt communications from Mel, and top class laying of flooring by Paul. What a WHOW to come home to. Gold star service-cannot say how impressed we are again!!!!

I'm thrilled with the bedroom carpet I got from this store. I am absolutely delighted with my new flooring and the new carpet for the stairs! 100% recommend them!

I needed flooring laid for a whole house before moving in, having laminate downstairs and carpeting upstairs. The team were amazing in getting the timing and logistics organised, right from the initial survey to the completion of the work. Admin was all done efficiently and helpfully, even to the point of arranging for the fitting team to use a key safe to lay the flooring as I lived so far away. The fitting team did a fabulous job. Their work is to the highest standard. I was delighted when I arrived after the flooring had been completed. Needless to say, I have absolute praise for the whole team and recommend them most highly. Thank you all, I am a very happy customer!

We’ve used 123floor on multiple occasions over the last 7 years and I can’t recommend them enough! We’ve had both carpets and wood floor installed and on all occasions the process has been very straight forward.
The team at 123floor are very experienced, understanding, kind and do their absolute best to help in any ways. The fitters are very quick, efficient and respectful. Might be slightly more expensive than big chains but you do get what you pay for and in this case it’s a no brainer, you’ll get the best service you can possibly think off. They take the time to understand your needs, clearly explain the differences / benefits of products, help you through the process and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to all of you, I have recommended you and will carry on doing so 😊
