My new build needed new carpets throughout the house as well as a carpet wrapped around my bespoke new beautiful open metal staircase. 123 Floor were outstanding from the moment we walked into their showroom through to completion. Attention to detail was excellent and the finished look outstanding.

Having purchased carpets from the team a number of years ago, I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to match replacements following some property damage.

With the existing range no longer being available, Charlie and Mel sourced the closest possible match, and having ordered on Monday last week they supplied and fitted on the Wednesday - fantastic !

Unfortunetely the floor had to get lifted again due to a plumbing issue, but Mel sorted out the fitter to come back the next day to resolve.

All in, you simply can ask for better customer service.

We have used 123floor for our bedroom, landing and stairs and their service has been incredible from start to finish. There staff are so professional, give great advice throughout the process. They are excellent at communicating and the end result is brilliant!

The estimate for fitting Amtico for our Kitchen floor seemed competitive with others that we had received. 123 and 456 demand whole payment before any work commences. We paid the whole amount on acceptance of the estimate conducted by Rob when he came to measure and view the floor. However, during the first hour of the preparation the subfloor was found to be inadequate (see page 2 of your estimate) We were offered a refund before proceeding, but by then 3 ceramic tiles had been pulled up and were cracked. We had also cleared the kitchen. We decided to proceed and the price we paid was increased by half the amount of the original estimate (another £1 100 ) to do the necessary work on the inadequate sub floor. Half this amount had to be paid up front again, even though we had already paid £2000 to 123 for fitting and £300 to 456 for trims of 8 plinths and 5 doors to be completed after the fitting had taken place.
There was no one person to contact when issues arose. We had a disjointed and stressful customer experience. There was a £70 refund on the £300 paid to 456, even though there was only one 2m plinth that needed adjusting as the floor height did not now require the adjustment. We were told we were paying for the 'time'.

I first contacted 123 Floor because they were my nearest Roger Oates retailer and from the first phone call I had with them, I was so impressed by their high level of product knowledge and expertise and the great advice they gave me. Each member of the team was incredibly professional and helpful and worked to my budget rather than upselling me.
I am completely delighted with my new carpets and stair runner and would recommend 123Floor unreservedly. Their level of customer service and attention to detail is formidable!

Have used the company on three occasions. They've always been easy to work with and reliable. On the last occasion they went above and beyond (full credit to Mel!) to juggle commitments and ensure a fitting date pre-Christmas. A last minute hitch was dealt with efficiently and a helpful fitter meant the carpet was fitted without issue. Thank you!

We had problems with a leak under our floor. 123floor we’re extremely helpful when we had to delay installation and fitted us in when we were ready for the wood floor to be fitted.

Excellent customer service and very good value for money and fitting service. I had a small problem with a door bar below a pocket door. They took real effort to communicate with me and resolve the difficulty. I'd definitely use 123floor again and recommend them.

123 Floor have the best selection of flooring and their help, advice and patience to help choose the right carpet was really appreciated . I used 456fix to stop the creaks in my old staircase and with the new carpet now fitted my little staircase looks amazing . I have to say the fitting of the carpet is exceptional. So happy with result . I would highly recommend.
