Absolutely amazing service from helping us to select the right carpeting and wood floor for us through to the carpet fitting and the installation of our beautiful floor. We hit major problems when the first team arrived to lay the wood flooring which meant that the work was postponed while remedial works were done. This was handled with efficiency and thoughtfulness for us, we were kept up to date with progress and all of the teams from 123floor dealt with the remedial works and then through to the final installation with professionalism and care. In addition to the carpet fitting and wood floor installation, we needed carpentry work which was also carried out to a very high standard. All of the chaps that worked in our home were nothing short of excellent and we would highly recommend 123floor (and 456fix) to anyone. Brilliant!

Excellent advice, range of products and service. Fitters did a great job, are professional and friendly. Mel in the office was great at handling my many queries. 123Floor have laid Amtico in 2 rooms of mine recently, and also one in 2018.

We are really pleased with the service. The carpet looks great (thanks for the advice in choosing it) and the fitters were the model of politeness and efficiency.

We went to 123floor to have our stairs carpeted after receiving a ridiculously inflated quote from a major national chain. Charlie was incredibly knowledgeable and spent lots of time helping us choose something that could withstand our dog. They sent someone to measure and handle the fitting. Price was very fair and we are thrilled with the results.
