seats could not be booked online.ethiopian airlines toilets stank..

I am always impressed with Vince and how professional and speedy he is in his response and meeting my travel needs, fantastic!

I have used World Wide Flights 3 times and they have always been very helpful. When i go away i don't like staying in one place i like to go to different destinations. I tell them what i want an they sort everything out for you. They will send you an email of the hotels they have found for you, you can check them out and if you are not happy they will find you something else, they are very obliging. I always feel confident when i go on holiday as they always come up with the right area an hotel.

EVERYTHING WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY, HOWEVER UNTIL THE FINAL INVOICE I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF CC FEES OR £15PP BROKER FEE.

This was our first cruise but it won't be our last. However our holiday began in Memphis where our visits to Graceland and the civil rights museum were both amazing in completely different ways. The Amtrak train journey was very comfortable and we had first class views from the observation car, especially as we came into New Orleans across the Mississippi. New Orleans is a city full of fun and resilience. It's a great place to board the ship and everything was really well organised. Our cabin was better than expected and really worth the upgrade to a balcony. The bed was large and very comfortable and the cabin staff were delightful. The standard of food was excellent - we had the opportunity to try fine dining which we enjoyed - but the other dining options were also very good. There was plenty of choice and the food was hot and appetising. I think we benefitted by cruising in term time. There were a few children but mainly the ship was adults. This meant it was quieter in some respects although adult youngsters could be rather noisy round the pool. However there are quiet places you can go on the ship to read etc. The excursion we went on to the Mayan ruins was comfortable and well informed. We made our own plans at the other stops and this worked out well. The week went by quickly but we had an extra couple of nights in New Orleans before we had to go home. Our boutique hotel the bienville house hotel was a perfect oasis within the French quarter. We were very sorry to leave and hope to return to New Orleans one day. Lovely people.

Very good service, helpfull and friendlyl staff

I dealt with Samuel who was very polite and patient. I had to fly back earlier than my booked departure date to attend a funeral. Samuel worked tirelessly over several days to get me a cheap seat on an already full flight from Kingston, Jamaica to Gatwick in time for this occasion and succeeded! Well done Samuel. Hopefully you'll get a pay raise! I would definitely recommend Worldwide flights to a friend. Thanks again.

Frustrated that so many sites are showing sites that are not available in reality! Did a search with journey details and prices for different airlines started at 528, rang them (as the website will not even show actual flight times and journey duration) -service advisor on phone was SLOW and offered cheapest price of 700!!! Excuse when asked was "not available" ....pointless, waste, don't bother, useless if u want to ACTUALLY book a journey! ....not sure how they have useful high reviews...

He offered a first class service and easily, professionally sorted out a complicated intinary, First class ,stress free experience offering a very competitive price for all my flights, Will definitely recommend WW F and I will use their services again
