I have been using this platform for almost a year and have to admit that throughout the duration I spent I find that I had been showered with pleasant experiences, ranging from an array of esports betting available to the friendly UI they have.

They keep saying that it takes up to 48 hours but just at the brink of the 48 hours they cancel the order and you restart all over. Truly you guys have implemented a raigbait system. At first 1win wasn't like this. I registered because I used to see close people to me bet and withdraw easily and I took some time 5 months to ponder before joining this platform and now I'm utterly disappointed and frustrated. I've won for my 1st time big and instead to encourage me to deposit in hopes of winning more you all instead try to block me from withdrawing. Not a good experience at all with 1Win. I have make 2 deposits of Rs. 5000(26.08.2025) & Rs. 8000(01.09.2025)respectively via UPI. Money was already debited from my bank account but till the time amount is not credited to my 1win account. Customer care service is pathetic. Same reply everytime from their side"We are checking with our payment provider". I will recommend choose other platforms which gives you fast service.

I played a lot on this site and lost a lot in different games, but this is not the point.
I deposited 7$ a month ago, the funds got subtracted from my bank, but I didn't receive them in the playing account even now.
I contacted them right away, sent them everything they asked for (all receipts from the bank, everything) and even after that they just closed my request saying ... "For this payment, the provider reported that no funds were received." Or like "Our payment system didn't receive the money"!!!

Guys, it's only 7$ and in the end I will still lose them to you, and you cannot just add them to my playing account!!! It's totally absurd to spend a month on that shit.

What do you think will happen if you make a bigger deposit, like 100$ or even more?? You won't get them in life ((
