The point of my previous review was that you have cut the maximum bets and are not allowing positive players to play. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to play at 1Win

1Win is quick to take deposits but never returns them when you try to withdraw. They keep telling me to wait, but nothing is being done. It’s been 12 days and my money is still not in my account. My gaming ID325289999 is PMNT-3383939. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

This is a formal request for urgent action regarding my account losses. On your platform, I have lost a total of ₹1,45,000 in Aviator. I am the only earning member of my family, and I lost my father when I was just 7 years old. This loss has placed me under extreme financial hardship and mental stress.

Great app and website for the first half of the time I spent with them.

Was able win some good money betting on sports, withdrawls were automatic. I took a break from betting and came back to them. Won some more money, and go to withdraw. Problem now is its been hours an no sign of any progress which I usually got from them within seconds.

Instead of being told I need "further verification" I have to put 2 and 2 together and reliaze I need to go to support first to ask before they tell me intrsutions to verify.

I get the verification done quickly. "VERIFICATION APPROVED" it says

I go to support to ask if theres anything else I need to do or if I need to reset my current withdrawls. "email support" "email support" thats all that Anika will answer and when I ask her to close my ticket so I can speak to someone else she tells me she cant help and to email support.

Not to sure how it gets to this point over not much money at all. If you are looking to get paid when you win there is 100% better options.

1win has given me the best gaming experience compared to other platforms. Kudos to the team for the beautiful interface as well. But, the withdrawal process do take much time and there are some principles in its withdrawal process that doesn't appreciate the betting platform users(e.g: not being able to withdraw your wins unless you bet up to the amount you deposited into the platform which you may end up losing along side your wins) compared to their competitors which still leaves room for improvements.

Overall, it's a top tier platform and a one to watch out for.

fraud platform every time shows new account for deposit. when you deposit big amount they will not credit your amount in your wallet.. customer care no positive reply, they have many websites don't waist your hard money with these scammers

Fraud website. Deposited 1000 rs at given UPI ON SITE. Money deducted but not credited to wallet. Customer service is pathetic. I have given screenshot of payment and they said i need to contact to my bank. Any logic in that answer. Illiterate customer associates. This site is fraud. Dont use it.
