Unjustified Balance Confiscation on 1win.

I deposited and played fairly on 1win.
After winning, my account was restricted and my entire balance was confiscated without any clear explanation or proof of Terms & Conditions violation.
Customer support gives only template replies and refuses to provide evidence.

Formal complaint about 1win holding verified player funds

My player account at 1win has been placed under “additional verification / technical review” for several days and my withdrawal is still blocked.

FACTS OF THE CASE:

• I am a fully verified player
• I submitted ALL documents requested by 1win
• Identity verification completed successfully
• Account verification completed
• Despite full compliance, my funds remain frozen
• Support provides only generic copy-paste replies
• No clear explanation has been given
• No exact timeframe has been provided

1win requested multiple verification steps including identity confirmation and additional checks. I fully cooperated and provided everything requested. After completing verification, instead of processing the withdrawal, they continue to delay the process without justification.

Holding a verified player’s funds indefinitely under the vague excuse of “additional checks” is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the level of player protection under Curaçao eGaming licensing.

Players trust Curaçao-licensed casinos believing there is regulatory oversight and protection. However, in practice, players are left without effective help while their funds remain blocked.

Worst experience of a lifetime

What 1win makes me go through is my worst experience as a human being.

I never feel so robbed and disrespected.

3 months ago I initiated 4 withdrawals of 500$ each, only one of them went through. I received 500$ and they retained the 1500$ claiming till today that the transactions are still processing.

Keep in mind that I’ve been waiting for over 100 days.

This is clearly abuse of power and non respect of their own terms and conditions.

Investing on a nice interface to attract clients and then make them go to war to get their withdrawal is not how a good platform operates. I think your license should be removed.

Withdrawal blocked after removal of cryptocurrency method

I registered at 1win in 2024 and have used my account exclusively for cryptocurrency transactions. All deposits and withdrawals were made in crypto without any issues.

In March 2026, the cryptocurrency withdrawal option completely disappeared from my account.

Support informed me that due to my account currency (BYN), withdrawals are now only available via bank cards.

I attempted several withdrawals to different bank cards, but all transactions were cancelled on the 1win side. My bank confirmed that no transactions were declined from their side. Support provides no clear explanation and only suggests trying again

The worst support of all time!

By far, their customer support wins the prize for the worst department ever!

I am supposed to be a VIP customer with a personal VIP manager, but they haven't contacted me even once. Not only that, but I have been asking them to change my account email address for 7 whole months, and they simply ignore my request.

I have sent them all the documents and proof they asked for. Right after, they tell me to give them 1 to 24 hours to review and complete the request. But nothing happens, and I end up contacting support again and again.

Every time I ask why the request isn't done, they don't give a real reply. They just copy and paste a random, robotic template that has nothing to do with my problem. That is on top of the fact that it takes forever to get an answer if I am foolish enough to try contacting them.

The sad part is that I actually like their easy design and the large variety of games they offer. However, their support is ridiculous, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

I hope someone from 1win management sees this. I have spent a little over $5,000 on your platform, which earned me VIP status, but that was it. I received no custom bonuses, no special VIP treatment, absolutely nothing!

Just to let you know, in the past two months alone, I have deposited around $42,000 USD in other casinos. I would have definitely deposited that money into my 1win account, but it seems like your whole company is against taking my business!
