Withdrawal Pending until 7 days

I have been using 1win from Indonesia for several months and have successfully withdrawn money to my bank two times before. However, on 28 February 2026 I encountered a serious problem with my withdrawal.
I requested a withdrawal of 12,800,000 IDR via local bank transfer. My first withdrawal request to my BCA account was made at around 02:07 and was later canceled by 1win without a clear explanation. After that, I made a second withdrawal request of the same amount to my Mandiri bank account at around 03:32, and this second request has been pending for more than 57 hours without being credited to my bank. My game ID is 343153697.
I contacted 1win customer support about this issue. On Telegram, I received no response, and on the live chat I was only told to wait up to 7 days, without any detailed explanation about why the first withdrawal was canceled and why the second one is still pending.
I request that my withdrawal of 12,800,000 IDR be processed and credited to my Mandiri(Local ID) bank account as soon as possible, or that I am provided with a clear and transparent explanation of the situation and a prompt solution. i

Scammers

They have minimum deposits and minimum withdrawals. However, withdrawals never come to life . Ideally they are in business to take your money. You will hang on promises that the issue has been escalated yet you never get communication. Run away from that site.

I’ve been a regular user of 1win and…

I’ve been a regular user of 1win and never had issues with deposits or withdrawal. In fact, that was my number 1 option when it comes to online casino... until recently. Suddenly, my withdrawal requests stopped being processed.

I contacted support and they requested a verification of a random transaction.
I submitted the necessary document immediately.
Following their review, I received a confirmation from the 1win team stating that my verification was successful and that my account is now fully cleared for withdrawals.

However, since being 'verified,' the problem has not actually resolved. Every time I request a withdrawal, the status stays 'Pending' for hours (or days) and then is eventually cancelled and the funds are pushed back into my gaming balance. I have tried multiple times now, and the same cycle repeats without any explanation or technical error being cited.
I try multiple times everyday to reach them and explain my problem but it seems they are not willing to cooperate.

And after all this loop that happens almost everyday, I try to contact the technical support, the technical support sends me to the security department, the security department sends me back to them, personal managers send me to security departments and it goes on and on.
The funds unfortunately have been lost on slots now (19 November: 200EU & 12 February: 20EU) because they just would not let me withdraw.

Shameful experience for a customer that has invested hundreds of thousands on this casino.
I will update my rating once and if this is resolved.

UPDATE: Following to your response, let's at least reveal the whole story behind before saying that I have manually cancelled. After many attempts to withdraw the funds were cancelled by you, 1win and after communicating with support, I was told to try another method/card so this is the reason I manually cancelled, so that I can try with a different method which again it didn't work. There is evidence of such communication and you can not deny.
As of now, withdrawal is still not possible with credit card, haven't tried using crypto.

Will happily upgrade my rating if withdrawal is fixed.

My 4-day self-exclusion period expired, but my account remains blocked. There is a remaining balance of 328 AZN in my account.

Very bad experience I made a deposit, and after winning tried to withdraw but they didn't process the payment, asked for KYC, and after that also still finding fake reasons to avoid paying, such as verification, what kind of verification could take such a long time?
