I'm writing this review as a warning to others after experiencing the most frustrating and infuriating experience with 1xbet. Despite being a loyal customer who has placed numerous bets with them, I've been left high and dry by their inept customer support team.
On August 2nd, 2024, I made a deposit (Account: 594691413, UTR: 458102671771) that was never credited to my betting account. Not only did I not receive my funds, but I also didn't get a refund. The lack of accountability and transparency is appalling.
When I reached out to customer support, I was met with a barrage of unhelpful and generic responses. The only reply I got was that the issue had been "forwarded to specialists" and would be "resolved soon." Soon never came. It's been weeks, and I'm still waiting for a resolution.
The customer support team is utterly clueless and uneducated. They can't even comprehend basic English, let alone understand the issue at hand. It's clear they're not equipped to handle customer complaints.
This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I've significantly reduced my betting activity with 1xbet. If they continue down this path, they'll lose their customer base entirely.
To 1xbet, I say: Fire your entire customer support team and hire competent individuals who can communicate effectively in English. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my bets) elsewhere.
To potential customers, I say: Stay far, unless they improve their customer support.
Update. Still waiting for the money to be refunded or credited to betting account. They did not do it despite promising.
Update. Look at the answer they gave. Just a copy paste one like their customer support do always. I have provided all the details on 2nd August. Also provided bank statement 2 times. Still they cannot resolve this. Only empty promises.

They asked me to wait for another 14 days. Lol
All the chats and conversations will be uploaded on social media and youtube.
Update. Telling I have to wait for another 14 working days and submit bank statement again after that. I asked what will happen after that. They just said I have to wait without promising to resolve the issue.

Refusal to pay the winnings
I recently experienced some winnings, upon trying to withdraw my funds I come to the surprise that my method of withdrawing is unavailable since they are experiencing some problems with it. Contacted costumer support which told me to use a diferente method which evolved depositing more money and then contact their specialised team. I did that, sent 3 emails with no reply, contacted costumer support that told me to try with a different email and later she acknowledged that the team received the email, later that day, contacted them again to which another member said that the team hadn’t received any email. It’s going to be this constant back and forth with them and I don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel, I think I lost my money and this is theft, not only for my winnings but because I cannot get back the money that I deposited that led to the wins.
To sum up, don’t use this website as they are fraudulent and thieves.
P.S: I sent an email to the contact they shared with me, that department told me I should contact another department and once I did it that second department told I should contact the first department.
It has been like this for the last 2 weeks
It’s just a scam, I’m never gonna see my money

This is sheer crap from 1xbet. They advise change of withdrawal method after proper verification...absolute crap. Their verification process takes 4-5 days forcing one to the brink of desperation and height of frustration. Actually, they wait till one loses all his money. In my case, I had gone through this verification process, still no proper withdrawal method like Bank transfer was made available to me. Ultimately I lost all my money.
So, I advise everyone to keep strictly away from this fraud bunch of scamsters. Better play on Parimatch. I have a relatively good experience there.
