I deposited €50 and won €1000 while playing with their welcome bonus. When I tried to withdraw, they cancelled my winnings, claiming I breached a hidden “max bet” rule (5€ per spin).
They left only €50 in my account. I feel scammed and misled.

Dear Casino Review/Regulatory Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unjust and disproportionate confiscation of €1000 from my balance at 20Bet Casino, on the basis of an alleged violation of their maximum bet rule during an active bonus.

According to the Terms & Conditions (clause 1e), the maximum allowed bet with an active bonus is €5. The clause further states that “20Bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and the associated winnings” only if this maximum is exceeded while the bonus is active.

I fully understand and respect this rule. However, I would like to make the following key facts clear:
1. My total winnings at one point amounted to €2900.
2. The €2200 that I won was earned entirely from bets between €3–€5, strictly within the allowed bonus conditions.
3. Only after completing a significant portion of the wagering and after these winnings were secured did I place a few €10 bets.
4. I then lost approximately €1900, and finally attempted to withdraw the remaining €1000.
5. 20Bet cancelled this €1000, citing breach of the bonus rule, despite the fact that none of that balance came from bets exceeding the €5 limit during the bonus period.

Therefore, the confiscation of the entire remaining amount is unjustified, and I believe 20Bet misapplied its own terms. The rule they refer to applies only to winnings directly resulting from oversized bets placed while the bonus is active. This is not the case here.

Furthermore, punishing the player by retroactively annulling legitimate winnings that followed all bonus terms — simply because of later, unrelated higher-stake gameplay — is a clear breach of good faith and fair play principles, recognized across the iGaming industry.

I kindly request a proper review of my full betting history, and that 20Bet be instructed to return the confiscated amount of €1000, or provide a transparent and precise breakdown proving that any winnings from oversized bets contributed to that balance (which they do not).

I have attached screenshots of my gameplay, including winning spins, bet sizes, and the communication with 20Bet’s support team.

My experience with 20bet was awful. Bad casino, with shady games, shady support and non existent RTP.
You are not allowed to be in profits ever. I was down 500€, and then had a big win of 750€ . They blocked my account and kept my winnings.
Their claim of "We are here to help" is just for show. They will ghost you and ignore you when you run into problems. They never replied back or said anything. This is a scam Casino, please play somewhere else.

This is the absolute worst casino. You can only play freely while you are losing. If you win, even if it's just a little bit, they make everything hard, including withdrawals etc. They remove your bonuses if you win, because here you are only allowed to lose.
Customer support provides misleading information to make you bet more and lose more, they lie about the bonus terms and conditions, so when you think you are done, you are not.
You will be blocked from promotions and they will make it impossible for you to withdraw anything. Stay away, this is a Scam Casino.

Scam betting company. Have spent tens of thousands of euro with them over a short period of time. They exploit vulnerable gamblers, do absolutely no KYC(know your customer) checks or source of funds checks, which is a requirement of the Curacao gambling regulator. When I enquired why no KYC or SOF checks were done, they said that these were not required.....

Saying you take responsible gambling seriously is one thing, however you have very limited tools to assist your customers with this. You or your payment agent (AML Tech Solutions) have no KYC or source of funds checks in place, when I know customers have deposited tens of thousands of euros. Not one KYC or Source of Funds Check.

Any reasonable person after reading this, would find it hard to believe that you take KYC, Source of Funds Checks and Responsible Gambling seriously, at all.

Customers need to be aware of businesses like this.

Can anyone please help me here. I deposited money through Apple Pay. I won quite a bit and when I went to withdraw the IBAN defaulted to the card I deposited on which is correct (pay out via bank option) I didn’t take any bonuses. The withdrawals are being approved and then the withdrawals are reversed. It’s been over a week and they will not tell me why funds cannot be withdrawn. Has anyone had this issue? Customer service is a disgrace.
UPDATE 12th May - i had one withdrawl processed now its the exact same issue with another withdrawal request. They have rejected it 6 times and are refusing to give good reason why. All screen shots have been saved and i will be escalating this to the authorities. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I had a verified account at 20Bet and played fairly for a long time. I used my own Skrill account for deposits and had previous withdrawals without any issues.
Suddenly, without any proper explanation, they confiscated over 500 EUR from my balance accusing me of fraud. The only reason seems to be that my husband, who had his own verified account, sent me personal family support via Skrill. This is not against any rules!

I was not even given a fair chance to explain or provide documents. My account was not even closed, only the funds were unfairly taken.

Very disappointed and feel cheated. Stay away from this site!

After making a deposit and placing and winning few bets, my bets keep getting rejected for no apparent reason. When bets are not rejected, my stake is limited to less than 1 euro. Absolute joke. Have never experienced something like this in any of the bookies. Good reviews must be paid ones, because it just doesn't make sense. I also have 100 euro stuck on my account due to accepting bonus, but cannot play to release my 100e or to get a bonus. Literally impossible to make a bet currently. What's the point of that? Even though i stand by ridiculous limits that make it impossible to do sports betting, I did try their casino and i did like it and made some money surprisingly. Also, withdrawal came through after some back and forth with me having to prove my identity. Giving it 3 stars as it is legit, but wouldn't recommend sports betting.
