Very direct and to the point.

I only had a few days to study, no time for fluff. The program is great.

This was amazingly helpful! I had been teaching for 20 years when I used this program to pass the early childhood test (I was older elementary) and I learned so much more from this program than I realized I could. The practice questions and information given were very similar to the test questions that I saw. If I decide to pursue any other certifications I will definitely use 240 tutoring again. By the way I passed first try!

I recently took the ESOL Praxis (5362) and used 240 Tutoring as part of my test preparation. I’m happy to say I passed the first time around with a score of 183! The content, quizzes and practice tests provided on the 240 Tutoring platform were spot on and made me feel pretty prepared for the test. The only thing I wished 240 Tutoring would improve regarding the ESOL study material would be to have more information and questions related to the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) and the placement of the tongue when teaching students how to pronounce letters/words. Although I did study that information in my ESOL college courses, it would’ve been nice to have practice questions related to that. Although my school district provided me a free 30-day use of the platform, I would say paying a one month fee would be worth it for this particular Praxis exam.

I rated 2 stars because I'm being asked something I have not done yet.

As hard as I work on the materials, and the closer I get to feeling confident and ready to go out to the testing site successfully, the tutoring cuts me off at the knees and I am stuck without an anchor, and have no idea what to do to move forward. I was given a second opportunity, and just as I reached the completion of the levels, ready to test my knowledge, I was again cut out of the site. It is good for building up hopes, and if you don't work within the bounds and time constraints they set, you are ON YOUR OWN!!

Providing a thorough amount of materials to study. The practice tests are great, and that fact that we can still do practice questions even after taking the practice tests makes a difference.

Yes, 240 tutoring is an excellent source to get help for any teaching certification. It not only prepares you for exam but it also enhances your knowledge.

240 Tutoring is amazing!
I went in a little intimidated...especially at the math portion. However, if you follow the system (go through the program), you will pass! In fact, I didn't even get the chance to fully go through it (I started studying fairly late because I had to sign up for the test quickly), but I made it to the first assessment. I passed the elementary ed. test (GACE Georgia) the first time! Listen...I have never been a huge math person, but the way that 240 breaks things down and makes you repeat the concepts; the format is infallible!

Excellent, I love it. It's very good. It really helps you a lot in the process, providing you with multiple guides and exams.

Reasons To Use 240 Tutoring Program
I felt unprepared and lost when studying for the Praxis test after 6 months. I started the 240 Tutoring program with a lot of hope. I was encouraged by the first test I was given to see how much I did know in order to give me the information I did not know. Though there was a lot of material that I still needed to learn, I finally felt like I was receiving the information I needed. Also, it was all organized in a logical way.

I liked that the information was presented using both videos and text. I found it easy to take notes to study when I was not near my computer. I especially liked the flash cards to help me get the nitty gritty of the definitions and information. It was great to have both the quizzes and the practice tests to get a feel for the information and the time span that would be required to take the final test.

I would definitely recommend 240 Tutoring to anyone preparing for the test. I passed mine the first time I took it and am so glad that I no longer need to spend time studying in order to take it again.

Did not pass

I was thoroughly impressed by how closely the lessons aligned with the actual test questions. The practice exams were highly targeted, skill-focused, and mirrored the format and content of the certification exam. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing this platform for my preparation. I credit 240 entirely for helping me review effectively and successfully pass my Texas Science 236 state certification test.

The videos, quizzes, and practice exams helped me feel prepared and confident going into the exam. I would estimate that greater than 90% of the test questions on the certification exam were attainable to me based on my preparation using 240Tutoring materials

They have a lot of materials and practice tests to practice.

I liked the short video lessons and all the practice tests.

The course was focused and condensed
Presence of videos help me most, but unfortunately many lessons didn't have visual content. Therefore I used other resources.
Besides, the questions were a little far from mttc questions.
Also, after practicing for awhile on 240 tutoring I memorized the questions them selves, so may be it would be better to increase them.
Totally, the service is beneficial and worthy to try
