Quick and easy. Only problem I had was I was not informed of dispatch so it just turned up. I chased to make sure it had been despatched. Other wise. Great quick service.

Not only did I NEVER receive my home test, but I reached out to their CX team MULTIPLE times regarding this, to absolutely no avail. No one ever responded to me and - to top it off - they lied to my bank to say that they had "delivered service" and I'm *still* in the dispute process with my bank over this. I ordered my test in September 2021 and it is now May 2022 (also, why did I only *just* receive a survey from their team regarding my "recent" purchase).

0/10: Absolute sham. Would literally NEVER recommend.

Parcel were delivered on the day of travel despite behing ordered 5 days in advance. When calling at the reception, found out that parcels were sent the day before the travel date, not giving any option to find a last minute fit to fly test from other provider. I was granted on the phone that if the parcel could bnot be delivered before the day of travel, a refund will be applied. Requested the refund as no email received, still waiting for an answer.

I cannot give a full review as the first test I order was in December for a LFT Day 2 Test. I cancelled my visit to the UK, as the UK Gov. changed the requirement for a Day 2 test to a PCR and I had no time to reorder, plus the Swiss Gov. required people travelling to Switzerland to isolate for 10 days.
The 2nd test I orderd was for this March for my wife (not vaccinated) Day 2 PCR Test, we haven't used it as in-between there are no testing requirement for UK or Swiss travel entry.
Order for test delivery should of been 5 working day, actual 7 working days.

Always used this company for PCR tests.found there delivery very reliable

Ordered two day 2 tests, neither were received, they claim they were delivered while I was out of the country which is not possible! The delivery company have confirmed there is no record of delivery but 6 months later 247testing are still refusing to give any refund. Customer service is pretty poor and I wish I’d read reviews before using this company. Generally shoddy and entirely not worth the hassle. I would recommend avoiding them.

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star !! Avoid at all costs,poor service, disgusting customer service. Promise to call you back but hear nothing. Stay clear.

The product itself was fine, but I ordered a day two test and it arrived 5 days after my flight!! Ended up sending it off and not getting my results back for three days.. so if you're looking for a fast test, maybe look somewhere else.

Worst ever , fleesed out of my money

Poor service. Wait time on the phone to speak to a representative was ridiculously long, more than 2 hours long to be exact. Also I received my results 4 days after posting my sample which meant I had to remain in quarantine for all that time and was left with only 3 days of my trip to do anything. I do not recommend.

Bad company bad service , even no one star if it possible.

Is sent my test off on the 31st December and did not get the results till the 6th January

Also requested for the kit on the 24th and did not get it till the 31st December

Such an easy process. Really easy testing an got my results very fast .
Also very reasonable prices
Would use this company Everytime I travel to UK.

i order test and test arrived on 6 day,
when i was already paid for another test i dont even opened the test from that company, i tried to call them no one
pick up the phone, and no one even sent me a apology and call me
back…. worst i am very unhappy with the service 😒

It was a good experience. Our kit was delivered before we arrived the uk at our accommodation address and results came out on good time. Will recommend 247hometesting.
