If I could add zero stars I would…

If I could add zero stars I would definately do! Waste of my money. Already I am on the day 5 and the test has not yet been received! They do not answer to my calls neither my emails. I demend a full refund of my money!!!!

I ordered my test on the 27th prior to…

I ordered my test on the 27th prior to UK arrival on the 28th. Test wasn't sent when ordered. It eventually arrived on 31st and I completed and dispatched back same day. 6 days later there has been no reply, no update, no responses to email and phone calls. Complete waste of £70 pounds as my vacation is almost over and still unable to go anywhere or do anything. Please refund my money so I can go to an open clinic and test in person. This company needs to be removed from the UK Preferred Testing list as it is disgusting.

Ordered 2 x home testing kits for…

Ordered 2 x home testing kits for myself and my wife on "20th December" ...as needed to test for day 2 by today after arriving back in the Uk on 2nd Jan ..and kits have still not arrived
sent 2 x emails both have been ignored
tried calling by phone and go through automated system ..only to then be told by an answerphone message that mailbox is full and then cuts me off...how the heck can you get hold of anyone at this company? is anyone else having same issue

they were very quick to take my money out of my account at the time of placing the order..but have yet to deliver the goods over 2 x weeks later ...is this company legit?...or a scam ? someone is making lots of money out of folks for not delivering the goods

really not happy by this ..and would steer very clear of these con artists going forward

I bought 4 X PCR 2nd day test on the 31…

I bought 4 X PCR 2nd day test on the 31 Dec. I paid a total of £249.96. I've not yet received the tests. I called the test provider and sent emails without success. This test provider was at the top of the UK gob list. Very frustrating and totally unacceptable that after 2 years of pandemic these things are still happening. Someone is making a lot of money from this pandemic. Lots of interests in a system that is totally corrupted.

I have ordered the test kit on 24th…

I have ordered the test kit on 24th December, 2021. It's 4th Jan, 2022 today. I Haven’t received the kit yet. Neither I have got any shipping information from the courier partner. This is sheer negligence at your end.

Covid test arrived on time and instructions clear

The COVID Day 2 rapid test arrived on time and the test instructions were clear.

There was a bit of a glitch activating my test online, but I got it to work. Make sure you see "Bar Code Activated" and a green checkmark otherwise it's not activated.

You can track your package via the Royal Mail tracking code -- very helpful. Then you get an email with your results within 12 hours of when the lab receives your completed test.

I'd use this testing clinic again.

I'd like to add that a lot of reviewers on this site didn't see the large asterix when purchasing the Express 12 hour Day 2 test that says you can get your result same day if you DROP OFF the test at the lab or courier it. That said, I received my test result the day after I mailed it in the evening.

Still no results for one my two tests…

Still no results for one my two tests after 4 days. The other one came more than 48 hours later, although I thought it was supposed to come on the same day (yeah, the small-print said that same day applies only if courier delivered it which was borderline deceit).

I tried to call them, but it went to voice-mail (?!?!?) saying the mailbox is full. I tried emailing them, no response after 1 day.

They really deserve 0 stars and being removed from the government approved providers.

Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars. I can’t work out how to activate the tests I’ve posted. Tried calling and was in a queue at number 12 which I thought I could deal with. Help for 6 (yes six) hours and only got as far as number 3 in the queue which is where I stayed for over an hour before I lost the will to live and hung up. No response to emails either.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have!
I've sent the test on 31st December and still no result, I'm starting work in 2 days and what? How am I going to explain to my employer that I'm still self isolating? Following government regulations and instructions turns up not to be the best idea. I wonder how you guys ended up on the government website and being recommended by them??
I want my money back!

I arrived in UK boxing day

I arrived in UK boxing day. I am still sitting in quarantine waiting for your test. I paid a ridiculous price for a normal PCR test and you have not delivered it. So I would rate your service as abysmal I'm on holiday and can't go out. Where is it? I expect a refund along with explanation and apology.

VERY POOR SERVICE

VERY POOR SERVICE. I am really amazed this site is recommended by government.
I came back from travelling abroad , booked as recommended my PCR test from this site. The kit has not arrived for 5 days post arrival ( still not arrived), To contact the clinic for explanation I was put on hold over the phone for THREE HOURS.I am still in isolation for 5 days so far cause kit didn't arrive,

Unbelievably bad service, I do not recommend anybody to have the test via this site

PCR test delivered late and damaged

Last week my PCR home test (£64.99) was not only delivered late but also damaged - the plastic tube was leaking and the contents were spread inside the package, which made the test unusable.

I had to take a PCR test from another provider, as it was my duty to take a PCR test within 48 hours from my arrival in the U.K. I emailed them to ask why my test had not been delivered yet and then again to complain about the damaged test but never got a reply from them. I also tried to call them on the phone and after holding for over one hour the line was cut off by them.

This is utterly disappointing and disrespectful. How can they still be on the government list of test providers?
