Scam all day long, waiting on day 2 test supposed to get txt from royal mail and tracking number nothing turned up. Tried calling been on the phone for over an hour

Awefull! Do not use. They sent wrong test, them they sent the right one after I complained but they missed the delivery deadline too. I am gutted I can't give 0 starts

Scam scam scam! Do not use this company. They will take your money and not deliver testing kit. Very difficult to contact when you realize there is no call back number. Purchased kit and was to be delivered to address abroad for 2nd day testing and it never arrived. Beyond frustrated!

having paid £124 for 1 PCR test and 2 lateral flow tests i was told to sign up and register which i did and then was told to wait for the confirmation email which allows me to up[load my results for the lateral flow. It is now 3 days after i am back and having emailed and rung 3 times still no one has come back to me!!! I have sent my sons PCR test off so i am government compliant but if there are any repercussions then i will be forwarding this onto 247. Again how can this be a government approved operator who do not comply with government guidelines and processes. i would avoid at all cost.

Keep away from this company, it is a complete scam
They send out QR codes that will not work when trying to register them, also the booking reference number changes if you are lucky enough to receive your test kit, this shows another con by changing numbers.
There is no customer service it’s an answer phone, you leave your details and they will never ring you back, you leave your email and they never reply. How can this be a Government sanctioned company it is a complete money stealing con.
DO NOT USE try Randox a proper testing company, why do I have to give 1 star just to write a review they deserve minus star.

Terrible company avoid!! I ordered a 2 day test and received no email confirmation, I then received a tracking email saying I need to pay another £3.50 for this to be shipped to me so I called and emailed numerous of times (no answer!!) then I called on the day 2 as no test had arrived and someone finally answered she said that my order had been held up but would get it to me for tomorrow which did happen. Test arrived and the whole process of doing the test and logging it etc is terrible, the company have no idea what they are doing. My partner used another company which was amazing, it took literally minutes to get done no issues at all. Save yourself the hassle do not use 247.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Received Day 2 test kits on time, but can't register them because QR codes won't scan. The instructions on their site asked us to enter 16 digit manual code. There is none. Spent over an hour on the phone to them and they havn't resolved the problem. Now they cut off our calls.

I ordered 2 tests, but my flight has been cancelled, and didn't heard from after asking my refund, this is a SCAM !! Either you answer me by the end of the week, either I will take a lawyer to get my 144£ back !!

Been here since the 19th and I haven’t received my test kit yet.

When I was looking for a provider for the test, I was very worried, as most of them had bad reviews. I decided to take a chance and order a test from 247hometesting. I didn’t regret it at all!!! Immediately after the purchase, I wrote to the support and asked to send me the tracking number, because the reviews were not the best. The employees took this with understanding, sent the number and added that they send out a 1000 tests a day, and there are only 250 reviews on the website. The next day, three tests were delivered to me at once (2,5,8 days). I highly recommend this provider! Polite employees, fast delivery and no need to wait for the next test delivery.

Company advertised tests starting from £20 on the approved government list but when you click onto the site, it states they start from £65. Scroll down and you'll see options for £19.99 day 2 and £24.99 day 2 and 8 but never any stock. A notice states they replenish stock at 8am daily, tried for several days in a row at 8am on the dot and remains out of stock!!! Another scam company falsely advertising prices endorsed by the government!!!

We travelled to the UK for the first time since Feb 2020 when my father died. We were forced to pay for 4 day 2 PCR tests which cost 280 quid...including test for our 10 and 13 year holds. This was utterly pointless and seems to be a scam:

1.The results arrived at 22.00 on Monday 18th October. We look the Tests on Friday 15th at 21.30. This means the results count in Austria as already Invalid after more than 72 hours.

2.We are vaccinated and all had valid PCR tests in Austria...results in 4 hours..teste on 14.10.
3.Nobody checked our Vaccination Passes or PCR results in UK ...not the airport, the plane, the Hotel, Transport, Museums or restaurants.
4.Except for on Transport nobody insisted on the wearing of masks.

5.We live in Austria...a Country with a much lower infection rate....and far netter response to the pandemic.

We as a family have lost relatives to Covid. The government's incompetent approach from early on is largely responsible. And now to look half tough they use foreign travellers in this way. The UK gibt is an absolute diagrace. I want a full refund for these totally wasted Tests. Kevin Osborne

I sent my Day 2 test in the same envelope as my husband's test, on 18 September 2021. My husband got his result within a couple of days. I'm still waiting for my result. We won't use this organisation again.

I have used 247HomeTesting multiple times (test day 2,5,10 in June, day 2 in August and now day 2 for me and my father in October) - delivery always on time, to the door, clear instructions, test results nearly asap. twice needed to call to ask some questions - never problem with having my phone answered including late evening. Stephanie today was very helpful and went to the laboratory to check the progress of my test result. I got absolutely no complaints. If i could improve something I'd add the contact number back on the website and I'd also email the royal tracking ref number for the test in case it's not delivered on time but I've not experienced any issues with the deliveries by myself so it's only to assist the others.

Bought a test day 2 from this company with express delivery, two days are gone and still no package no email, from royal mail or the company and cant find a number or email to contact anywere the links on their website dont work this is the worse service ever dont buy from them
