A long overdue boiler replacement
Our boiler had been troublesome for a while but when it started leaking we knew it was probably time for a replacement! We had a service contract with 24/7 so called for an engineer who attended the next day. He confirmed what we already knew and made arrangements for the boiler to be replaced. Within four days, the boiler was replaced. 24/7 were able to offer us a good 0% finance option with a low deposit as well as a discount as we had a contract with them and the boiler was beyond repair. The installation engineer, Mr Kennard, did a very good job. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable and we would recommend him. The new boiler is working beautifully - thank you 24/7.

We had to call 24/7 out to have a look at a boiler problem, they checked out the boiler and it turned out that the boiler was more expensive to repair than replace, the were also very good at sourcing us a new boiler to suit our needs, making the process a lot easier.

Highly recommend service
I recently bought a property that was a rental with an older boiler & bought boiler cover through Staywarm. The boiler was serviced & found faulty so I decided to buy a new boiler through Staywarm. The whole service from Staywarm has been faultless, efficient & friendly with courtesy calls to check everything is ok throughout. The engineer that came to install the new boiler worked efficiently & the install was completed in a day.
Overall I am very happy with the service I have received through Staywarm & would recommend them 100%

I had a great experience with Tony and…
I had a great experience with Tony and his son installing my brand new boiler. Both were polite and very curtious, very professional. Both explained fully. 24/7 have been very good with all their services. I will keep with them as I know they keep to their word and follow up their instructions. So pleased with the outcome. See you next year for my service. By the way with the dog barking, I'm so glad they both like dogs, my dog gets anxious.

Boiler replacement and Hive Set Up
Aziz carried out our boiler install today and he did a great, thorough job from start to finish. He didn't ask for anything and did a clean job during his time.
The boiler install went seamlessly and he also went above his duty to help with the Hive thermostat install and checking all the radiators worked. He worked around my busy schedule and let me finish my meetings before checking on the next stage of his work. This is a great company and a great representative of them.

I cannot trust this company and wont recommend
I cannot trust this company. Have to call in atleast 3 times to remind their responsible task. The call center is a joke run by maybe contractors with memory of a gold fish. Horrible company with no integrity or integration. 1 person calls to ask for boiler service next day you get call for boiler replacement. Just incompetence. I'll stay away from these lot.
