Great experience.
I've had a great experience, ordering at 24Bottles.
I was looking for a some sort of can to keep my soup warm for a long day at school/work, and I found a really convenient one -and also with a beautiful design! - at 24Bottles.
This is my first and only experience with the brand, so I cannot say anything about other products. But judging from my exprience, I would defintely recommend shopping at 24Bottles.

A great little bottle.
The small bottle I bought is light and a good size for carrying in my handbag or pocket and I have had no problems with leaks.

Please just change the shipping company
The product is good, a little overpriced maybe, but it's good, doesn't get funny smells even after years of use, it's very light and stylish, not fall resistant at all (it gets dents very easily) but that's the fair price to pay for such a lightweight bottle.
The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the shipping is always such a mess...everytime I ordered it was shipped by FedEx, and it always arrives 2/3 weeks after the expected date for arrival. Besides this absolutely crazy and ridiculous delay for a product that comes from an almost neighbor country (Italy to Portugal), there isn't any kind of customer support. They completely ignore e-mails and complaints, I can't find a way to contact them, and the "track your delivery" page was stuck on the same status for the entire 2 weeks. I got to a point (like all the other 3 times I ordered 24Bottles before this) of just losing hope of receiving the package and almost gave it up as lost. Luckily it arrives out of nowhere before I ask for the refund. Please, just change the shipping company...there are many that work well like UPS or DPD

It’s just a normal thermal bottle
It’s just a normal thermal bottle if without any handles or where you can attached it to something its becomes a boring steel bottle.. not worth the money.
