They don't payout for months, they don't close your account when you ask. Apparently they have someone called Vaya who is the only person who can close accounts, Vaya doesn't respond to emails and I doubt they exist. Stay well clear of this site it is a scam and they will just lie to you on the chat.

The worst experience service ever!!!! I made deposit many time to play but with gambling issues I decided to block myself and asked a self exclusion to put myself safe and having not the right to play again… . However after more than 2 weeks my account is till opened so as an addict I’ve still played and lost money. This site is awful and don’t protect the players who has gambling problem. this company pays money from this casino, I paid over 1000 euros there, they paid me 500 euros twice, but now I have a problem with the payout. it's not a casino it's thieves don't put money there!!!

I believe that they do not have a license for this casino, games with amatic do not have ID when playing like in other casinos same with programatic.

well put £30 on recieved the deposit bonus wagered the £6000 requirement which is a big amount requested the £700 withdrawal .spoke to live chat saying it will be processed between 7 to 21 days never known nothing like it disgusting so im looking at end of september before i recieve it ?wish i had read the reviews defo wont be playing again i just hope i get my money i got 700 still to play with but no point withdrawing if it going to take that long will play the remaining 700 off

10th march withdrawal then so called technical issue happened and withdrawal sent back to account and nothing

I wish I read all these reviews before I deposited! I deposited £20 and played with £100 with the bonus. By some miracle I completed the wager and requested a withdrawal 13/07/2022 of £500. They say it’s 7-21 business days but I’m still waiting and as the other reviews say all they ever say when you chase is “please be patient”. They did email me asking for docs which I sent but that was weeks ago now. I’ve given up on it now and just accepted that I’ve been scammed but luckily only for £20.

Also even if they did pay there is a term in the T&Cs that says you can only withdraw a maximum of 10x your total deposits. So even if they did pay my £500 win would only be paid out at £200.

The games are mostly if not all bad clones. You can tell by the reels that look totally off and land totally weird compared to the genuine games.

Basically, this site is clearly a scam and don’t give them a penny of your money as even if you win you won’t get it.

***EDIT*** As if by some sort of magic I actually received my £500 this morning. Turns out I’d actually deposited £50 months before and forgot about it so managed to get it all. Only fair to update the review. Either way a casino taking exactly two months to process and pay a withdrawal is a joke and it remains 1 star. So I still wouldn’t bother if I were you
