Scam site, I won and withdrew £480 but it’s now 29 days and no sign apart from excuses and saying it takes up to 22 days to process payment!!! Day 29 still nothing

Waiting on a withdrawal.no reply via email and the live chat is awful not even sure their real people:( left me short of cash now in a overdraft because u know how u go about spending thinking this withdrawal would be in your bank anyway :(

Do not use this site!!!!! They are total scammers, been waiting 3 months for my withdrawal and keep getting the same response from live chat, who must just have automatic responses as they same the same thing all the time!!! If I could put no starts I would!!!!

After 4 weeks I been payed out got my 200 quid withdrawal in my bank today? It did take a while but finally received my monie x

money is gone, the customer chat just casually kicks you out of the chat. Rude b@st@rds. I gave them up for fraud in my revolut account. It's only 20 euro but i would like to get it back.

As everyone else says, they don’t mind you depositing but do they pay out? The answer is no, customer services hang up on you on the live chat, they also lie and tell you things but nothing ever happens, they just don’t pay out guys stay away

Update still no cash out says pending after 2 weeks there must be a governing body this can be reported to or even the police as they are keeping your money

If i could choose 0 star i would discraceful site i wait weeks and weeks for my withdrawal of £150 so i contact they said you have to wait and kept saying thes then after i had already verified my account they kept asking me for my drivers licence and bill i sent these then today had a message saying i regret to inform tjat you can not have your withdrawl please ise bit coin! I absalutly will not use bit coin you robbing buggers absalutly avoid its all a scam and the police should track these people robbing others!!!

I do not recommend and even warn against this casino!! you have to wait 21 working days for the withdrawal of money, after this period they said that there is a problem and that I have to try again in a different way, again I waited 21 days and again I do not have money.

0/5 stars if i could, live chat only replies with automated messages, they close chat when you confront them. Cashed out €4700 a month ago, keep telling me to wait, wait and wait. Shouldve looked up reviews before i started playing here. Might aswell give ur money away instead of playing here

Tried to close my account on several occasions, but have never had a response, and the support (joke) can’t close it as I’m a vip player !
Site crashed when I won a feature on big bass (got 4 which is rare !) 15 spins , site crashed after 1st spin which I won £77 on and didn’t come back on, I contacted them and I got an apology and they sent me a £25 bonus in my account , which isn’t worth nothing , ignored ever since , absolute disgrace of a site

This site is a pure disgrace i withdraw 500 on the 30th September and still no money live chat not live only auto replies with lies telling me theres further checks to be done SCAM STAY AWAY

Don’t expect to get your withdrawal supposedly takes 21 working days to process 😂, sadly should have looked at reviews before I deposited, won withdrew and still waiting and u just set the same robot response there customer service is non existent have the cheek to say be patient after the 21 days has passed, scam site so if u use it’s your own fault just like it was mine they aren’t regulated so can just keep your money and nothing you can do about it, don’t know how there allowed to operate in UK in fact anywhere tbh, lesson learnt

Deposited money and still waiting for it over a month later. Customer service dreadful and keep saying “just wait” - honestly avoid this at all costs!!!!
