Please stay away from this site. I used this site a few times as I wanted to put a bet on but I self excluded with gamstop many years ago as I wanted to stop. This site will take take take they have no intention on paying you out, I recieved one payout before they started to mess me around. What's really annoying is Gamstop is sort of useless because of these casinos, using gamstop actually forces alot of people to go to these dodgy casinos! I wish I hadnt used gamstop as at least I'd be able to apply limits and restrictions. Don't use this site please. Worst site ever took all my money

Never got win they let you think your winning g in the beginning then all games just stop paying out constant spinning no winning and staff are ignorant just end chat on you don't waste your money sites fixed

Eventually got my £200 have been waiting since May 10. Had numerous live chats with them, and they said their finance team had loads of withdrawals to sort out. Keep trying to get your money...hopefully they'll pay out as they did me.

I am gonna try something, friend of mine is affiliated with the belgian gaming commission. The money u will never get. We dont even know if mister Kaya, director of 24play, is a real person. But we know a law firm who is located in the same building and the same adres. 25 Voukourestiou, Limassol. We are going to contact them and trough this lawyer to give him a supena from the belgium court. We will keep u informed, this filfth has to be closed. Also there will be an email to all the game providers explaining that this is a scam casino. We ve also contacted all the deposit companies like visa Mastercard. We have lost our money, but We will not loose our pride. 24play has to go DOWN

Dirty scamming #@£#@ Had my withdrawal request for £600 since February 22nd.... Never had any intention of sending it kept giving me the same bs scripted messages in chat telling me they are sorry for the delay. Yet as soon as I say put it back in my account its there in seconds same as when you deposit. Pure scam artists that prey on people. Don't waste your money on this site or any of their sister sites they are all the same absolute disgrace

Been 3 months of waiting for 170£,sadly I researched only after to find out they are a scam site,they give the same lame awnser to everyone who wants to withdraw,after 3 months of their bs I got fed up and spammed them with lovely 18+ pictures 🤣 in email and chat,they still don’t ban you but they will disable chat,I keep on spamming them just for fun

Tried to make a withdrawal of £370 and guess what.... Still waiting . So decided to inform them of all the reviews I've read about them (which they told me to not worry about and be patient 4 my money lol) I instructed them to close my account with immediate effect and as a goodwill gesture said they can keep my £370 (That I was never going 2 recieve anyway) they've closed my account especially after I told them I'm not crazy enough to deposit with them again after not receiving my winnings. This Casino is absolutely disgusting. Please stay away unless you want to throw away your money. All those still waiting 4 their withdrawals you must face facts you won't be getting it. We've all been conned ( I know it's hard to accept and not our fault) but take the loss and close your account ( by telling them you'll never deposit with them again) and move on . There are much more fairer and legit casinos out there .

40+ Days and still no withdrawal.

I am now going to contact the gaming commission as this just is not right. Did not read there terms at first so when I noticed it said 20 days to transfer money I thought thats just not right but I will play along. 40 days later and several chats saying they going to chase up and still no money. £500 they owe me this is just so unfair, stay well clear if you like your money!

Complete scam, if you wage £20 and win £42 the stake is returned but the winnings is placed in a virtual account and you must get a certain amount of rollover and winnings for the virtual winnings to return as real money, if you lose any bet rollover etc then say good bye to the virtual money
