I can’t praise 24 Heating highly enough. I have used 24 Heating several times and each time they have responded quickly and solved the issue. Most recently they quickly diagnosed the fault with my heating system, ordered the necessary parts and returned to fix it. The girls in the office and all the engineers who have responded, are polite, professional, efficient, and constantly keep in contact regarding progress. They also recognise the urgency when needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending 24 Heating and have done so to my friends and family.

Been using '24' for 12 years now both to service and installl heating systems/boilers etc in the various properties I've bought and sold over the years. They've never let me down always reliable and always able to offer solutions to issues. The whole team from the girls in the office to the engineers and the owner are a great customer friendly team. I highly recommend them.

We recently completed a full house renovation, involving a completely new heating system, all new pipework throughout, 3 new bathrooms / showers 1st & 2nd fix + downstairs toilet & new kitchen layout. On the advice of Scott, we removed & replaced all old copper pipework & fittings. 24H were simply excellent to deal with. They are very busy, not always immediately available & it was therefore very necessary to book the days that I needed them back for 2nd fix etc., but the team are excellent. Nothing was ever a problem & a solution always found to some difficult issues expected with an old house & old existing wastes etc.
Great young team, very competent, very professional & really good to deal with. Quality & testing also gave us great confidence.

Once again an exceptional level of service provided by 24 Heating. Immediate response and the work was carried out quickly and professionally. The problem was solved the same day it was reported by a Company that I highly recommend. We have been Customers for decades and will continue to use them in the future.

Arrived as promised and the courteous engineer carried out the necessary work and the unit has been working satisfactorily since.

Amazing company to deal with. The admin is top of the range. Always prompt responses, polite and professional. To the point quotations, exact, no hidden charges, excellent workmanship, polite engineers, clean and tidy and very respectful of customer premises. Excellent service from start to resolution. Quick response from office, engineer very polite, friendly explained issue and rectified within an hour and charge was reasonable considering the work

Very unhappy with call out cost and inability to fix a pre disclosed common error with boiler. Tried to charge for another service hour plus parts to fix three day later (no hot water). Another plumber sorted within an hour on same day. I raised this and company threatened me with county court judgement if I didn’t pay a 50% reduction (clearly recognising they are at fault) so in effect bullied to pay. At a time of hardship and with a young family, I would expect good quality service for a reasonable fee. Their policy of call out fee and then another hour fee plus parts to come back and fix is exploiting customers. Use a different company.

The engineer arrived on time, and was very efficient and knowledgable. Completed the work, briefed me on how to avoid issues in the future, will definitely use them in the future.

24 Heating fitted a new Combi Boiler (in our roof), replaced all our existing radiators, installed an extra one and installed a new Nest thermostat, so quite a big job. All the work was carried out while we were away and we returned home to a neat and tidy house with all works completed except for one or two small cosmetic jobs. An excellent job, no problems at all. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks for a great job!

Have always had excellent service from 24 Heating, their engineers are very knowledgeable, polite & helpful.
Would recommend using them for all aspects of plumbing.

Good service up to the point of invoice and payment. Boiler repair carried out due to leak within boiler unit. 24 Heating came out investigated and advised work that needed to be carried out what parts needed to be ordered before work would commence plus they would order the most exensive part which they would phone for payment on the day if it was required - No Problem all good.

Work carried out Heat Exchanger needed, part paid for over phone - boiler fixed and up and running
Now comes the issues, original parts list and heat exchanger all paid for, now get another invoice saying we have had to increase your charge for labour as it took longer and a bunch of additional parts on the invoice that required payment for but was never informed or agreed to is a bit of a joke and especially as the original quote specifically mentions labour charge at worse case scenario. Also bear in mind this was 3 months down the line as their invoicing system that sends invoices out send the invoices to junk folder so thought it was a bit of a liberty when direct emails started coming in asking for payment and we hadn't even seen the invoice requesting payment due to it going to junk.
Also this company act like they are giving you 7 days to pay the invoice but there is no credit agreement with them so they should be billing in full when the work is completed and before they walk out of the door. i informed them that i would settle the original labour invoice and not their Adjusted price and i would not be paying for any additional parts based on what they originally quoted and what i paid for,

finally today i have received my final receipt for the payment i made, minus the additional parts they added on and the additional labour cost with the following message

Thank you for arranging quick payment, please see attached copy of your payment receipt.

We would just like to thank you for using 24 Heating, however going forward due to the below issues we have decided as a company that regrettably we will not be attending your property for any future works.

Absolute joke of a company thinking we would use them again, so for anyone else considering using them just be aware, check the agreed parts list and confirm labour costs before work is started otherwise you might find a surprise email invoice hitting your account,

24 Heating have been wonderful since the day I contacted them. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have been extremely helpful in all the questions that have been asked of them.
They have been efficient in booking the works in and getting them done. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

I asked for a gas safety check to be performed at my rental property.
The engineer completed some unnecessary tests and then damaged the boiler leaving my tenant without heating or hot water overnight. I received no apology and instead was sent an invoice for £250 + VAT to have the boiler repaired.
The receptionist was both rude and unhelpful. I found another plumber who repaired the damage with a part costing £12.50.
I wouldn’t ever use this company.

24 Heating Ltd...honest review.i have had this company doing gas safety checks and more in a property we rent,I never ever review anyone.
I am also a multi trader(hard to impress). anyway if you get 24 Heating to do any work then you will get, Industry knowledge,professionals,timely work,and awesome staff,if you are extra lucky then you may also get a chap called...Liam...,this guy is a breath of fresh air,he turned up at my address on time,ready to rock and with the best honest smile I've seen in a long time,puts you at ease,he is just one of those guys who you know is not going to be phased by anything,nothing is a problem,fully focused,not in a rush,very tidy,considerate of your property upon entry.I don't normally promote anyone on any website however I was lucky enough to be allocated Liam,he is one of the good guys.super organised polite professional and above all else happy.
Scott who i believe is the owner,I have met a couple of times when he attended works in our property himself.
Awesome,same as above on time,and on a mission to provide you with a quality service.
The office staff are also extremely professional,exceptional communication and customer service with a fantastic sense of humour(Janine) brilliant just what you want.

We recently used them for some work in our home and again we were not disappointed with the quality of their work and their professionalism.

Warm air unit service. Excellent. Very happy with both the customer service and work carried out on my parent's warm air unit. Would recommend.
