The stickers turned out perfectly

The stickers turned out perfectly. The color, design, and arrangement are all exactly right. The one thing that surprised me is that I needed to cut them out, but it wasn't terrible.
When I placed them on my tumblers, they looked great and stuck on there well. This was an easy, successful process!

Order confirmed, then delayed beyond event date

I made an order for wedding matchboxes well in advance. A few days later was notified they were out of stock and that they "might" get more in, but that it'd still be enough time. I waited until a week later, still not in stock. I cancel the order, within minutes they magically call me saying that they do have them in stock and can go into production but that it'd arrive after my event date. They have no problem taking your money, but it's a "maybe" if they'll fulfill the order. I feel totally jerked around. Customer service had no information and refused any kind of expedited shipment to make them arrive in time. Last time I come to this website or refer them to any of my clients.

Delivery was quick

Delivery was quick, they allowed the design I wanted to be uploaded and the colors I chose came out as expected. Will order again.

Bait & Switch - AVOID

The photo and proof both showed a classic black koozie with black foam. What arrived was cheap and ugly white foam interior. When I submitted a 'wrong product recieved' notice they responded with 'our fine print says we're able to switch out based on availability'. Basically tough luck, too bad. So they lure you in with a product photo and then are able to switch it to something cheaper and uglier without asking if that is acceptable because their fine print somewhere says so? TERRIBLE business practice. Now we have to order new koozies because these are ugly and unuseable and we're still out hundreds of dollars we spent on them.

Poor communication & delivery experience

I ended up having to call and pay an additional $100 for shipping to get the order to me on the date it was originally promised. I had an estimated delivery date of 3/5 and when I called on 3/4 to check on the status, the representative said “Oh, you’ll get it some time next week.” When ordering for a business, we have deadlines to meet and when things don’t go as planned, communication is very important. 24hour did not communicate that the project was running off schedule and I did not feel valued when I called to get an update but rather felt dismissed and unimportant. There are so many vendors that provide this service, I will think twice before using 24hour again. Make customer service human again.

Unprofessional Service – Refusal to Fix Clear Production Error

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability from this company. I placed an order with specific design requirements, and despite providing a clearly approved proof, the final product I received was incorrect.
The approved proof specifically designated certain wording in white and other wording in black. What I received was the exact opposite of what was agreed upon.
When I reached out to resolve this—providing side-by-side photo evidence of the approved proof versus the incorrect items—the company refused to offer a replacement or a refund. It is unacceptable to acknowledge an approved proof, deliver a different product, and then expect the customer to bear the cost of a mistake made on the production end.
I would caution anyone against using their services if you value accuracy and basic customer support. I will not be ordering from them again.

Dissatisfied-not items

We paid for gauranteed shipping so we would get our items when needed. We DID NOT get them in time, even after immediate approval. I want a refund!!!! We want to cancel this order immediately! No, we have not received these items. IT IS TOO LATE and we cannot use them!

I received these bands quickly & easily

I received these bands quickly, on time for my mission trip, and designing them was super easy. I got emails updating me every step of the way. I even had to call customer service for a shipping question, and they were very easy to reach and helped immensely.
