Did I get scammed?
I placed an order on 18th August. At first I was told it would arrive in 2-4 days, then it changed to 15-20 days. After 1 month I was told it would arrive on 19th September. After that day passed, they told me it would arrive 25th September. That was last week. Still no sign of my item. The information was only ever given when I asked for it. They don't provide updates without being pressured to. Those updates don't help if they're 100% incorrect though... I don't think I can ever trust them again and I don't think anyone else should either.

Remote control with voice control for a LG Smart TV
I bought a remote control with voice control for a LG Smart TV (AKB75855501), which corresponds in functions and appearance to the original smart TV remote control. The remote control was immediately compatible with the TV after taking it out of the package and installing the batteries. The scroll wheel (for moving the cursor) and the button key of the original remote control broke after about 6 years of use, but this accessory remote control works like the original. I am happy with the purchase.

no free return
-i received a remote control for the tv, i knew it was not original, but i was expecting a better quality since the price is like 5 times higher than some chinese well known online stores. end up getting very cheap quality product doesn't worth 3 euro, and i cant even return it cause the website doesn't offer free return and sending it back will cost around 15-20 euro so about the price i paid.

Personally, the only thing I think you should work on is to try to meet estimated time you give for the arrival of the package.
Personally, I found the original Philip tv remote control from 24hshop. But the only problem I had was that it took longer than stated. It got to me finally and it’s working like the original one perfectly.
