Order made, no confirmation, no delivery
I have made an order, but did not even get a confirmation. Klarna sent a message about the payment, but nothing from 24hshop. Now I have no idea if I will get my order or not. Delivery was supposed to be in 2-4 days, and it is now 6 days from order. No one is availabe in chat and nobody replies to the form sent to customer servive

Disappointing
I bought a laptop battery because I really needed it. I was surprised after a few days of waiting; it hadn't arrived, and it would take 15–20 business days! It would have been better if the battery charging time had been shown when adding it to the cart instead of writing "(it takes 2–4 business days to deliver)."

The products are not good
The products are not good. Disappointed with the mouse and also the toothbrush. The toothbrush Fairywill is too strong and it is not good for my teeth. I prefer the Idea toothbrush. My husband tried to use but he is also disapointed then. The mouse Gembird is too bad when too hard to press and also cause issues to use. I'd better use my old Logitech mouse even its roller has some problem due to using long time. My old Logitech is still much better.

24hshop is selling items without proper…
24hshop is selling items without proper information and even missleading information. When i want calcel order, i need to pay return cost. Explanation for this is that buyer need check information about product from other websites. They are not responcible to share relevant information. Return cost is only 9eur but still, why i need to pay this if product information are missing / missleading, explanation cant be that i need to check this from some other websites.

The mini sewing machine came as expected, it works, although it did jam (but somewhat easily unjammed) I can't say about the product itself until I've tested it for longer, but given the low sale price it was on, I would purchase from here again.
