24Option a big scam!!

24Option a big scam!!! Deposited the minimum amount via my card. 24Option accepted without any problem or condition. Then I found a website with a lot of complaints about 24Option. Decided to withdrew my deposit and closed my account. Sudden I had to meet a lot of condition, which I did. Requested ALL my money back and to close my account. Only received 57.55% of my money back. Did not make a single trade. Just made the deposit and then requested a full refund and account closure. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM 24OPTION THEY WILL CON YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!

These People won't stop calling me

These People won't stop calling me. I made the mistake of being a customer of theirs for a few days some 4 years ago. I quickly took my money back once I saw how flawed their system was. I told them to take me off the list and not call me again. They now call me almost every week asking if I would be their customer again. I tell them to go away and yet they still don't leave me alone.

I thought i am the only one that had a bad experience with 24 options until i checked other reviews written here just now. The only difference between my experience and most of the ones i've read is that is their excuse for my inability to withdraw is because i changed my credit card and the new digits does not correlate with that in their database. A convincing excuse indeed- it kept me confused for 3 months till i checked online and saw the alternative to get my fund back via new cryptotech softwares. I reported to Mr Mosley's mail: johnmosley509@protonmail. com and he got everything back for me yesterday. I can't still believe my £150000 is back. This is my best moment this year.

Con artists!!!

I invested in 24Option under the influence and constant nagging over the phone/e-mail of one of their account managers Mr. Xhuljano S. He was harassing me over the phone for about a week when he finally convinced me to invest because it is a regulated and safe platform to trade. I invested 300 EUR on 12.09.2019 and started trading under his guidance. During our calls I was constantly under duress by Mr. Xhuljano S to invest more and more money in order to "secure" my account. So on the 14.09.2019 I invested another 500 EUR that I did not plan to invest.

He assured me that I can trust him and he will guide me, explain everything and provide trading signals. He and his upper line manager called from the following numbers:

Opened a trade under his supervision while being over the phone. The trade was closed in 31 seconds and my account balance went negative. I opened VOL.SP500 at 16.20 for approximately 420 EUR had 580 EUR in my account the trade closed at 19.20 just 31 seconds later and my account went negative -100EUR. I never received explanation how this happened (although i asked every day for 2 weeks). The rates of VOL.SP500 never moved higher than rate 17.00 before/after i opened the trade.

This is a scam scheme as he intentionally convinced me to open exactly that trade during our 15-20 minute conversation. My suspicion is that there was a difference of over 300 points between the price for which i open the position and the actual price (e.g. I open the position for 16.20 option "Sell" but the actual price of the purchase was 19.20). However this is my assumption of what happened based on my trading experience as this was NOT explained anywhere in their platform, it was NOT explained by Mr. Xhuljano S, and it was NOT explained when I requested explanation what happened with the trade and why it was closed without any significant market movement in just 31 seconds at prices far higher than the actual rate (300 points difference). It is evident from my provided screenshots that there is bug with the platform and I was intentionally manipulated and harassed by Mr. Xhuljano S to make that trade that resulted in Immediate loss.

About their explanation of the situation:
I am well aware that positions that fall under 50% are closed. However it is not possible to open a trade with negative balance, and this is exactly what happened with my trade. I opened a trade for ~420 Euro while having ~580 Euro Balance, but due to the still unexplained bug from their platform, the trade immediately after opening was valued at -680 Euro, without any significant market movements.
Also the claim that the blocked my account due to the negative balance is not true as they blocked my account more than 3 weeks after the trade bug due to the fact that I filed charge back via my bank. I did not lost my money due to an honest trading (I have traded with them before as well as other brokers).

I lost my money thanks to their extortion to deposit with them, false promises, and most importantly their platform that placed a trade not at the Rate shown on their website. Moreover I was not given any adequate information about the trade and how it was placed/opened and by whom at a manipulated rate of 19.20 not at the price. I placed a trade at rate 16.20 which is also the price displayed in the user logs the trade was opened at price 300 points higher at rate 19.20.

I lost 550$ previously during their binary options scam times. Back then I was pretty convinced I legitimately lost them, but as I am not quite sure as they lost their binary options license.

Beware...

Contacted their site after my broker…

Contacted their site after my broker cost me $6,000 and $36,800 in profit. 24option claims my broker doesn't work for the company! After I contacted 24option, my broker claimed my account was red flagged and closed! Other people who claimed they work for 24option do not according to the company!

I have learned that if they don't want to send an email, call me or send picture ID. No identification, no business!

Appalling account manager

Backroom staff very efficient and helpful. However, my account manager was an utter disaster. He continually misread the market and made the wrong investments for me. He constantly nagged for me to put more money into the account, making up a new reason / prediction each time. He was always wrong. Ultimately he made a particularly bad call, totally misreading the market and lost me a lot of money.

Use 24 option by all means if you know what you are doing. If not, keep your money safe. But whatever you do, DO NOT USE AN ACCOUNT MANAGER with this company.

BEWARE. AVOID. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS.

I thought I would invest 250 pounds as it was all I had and all I was reading about was 'Invest in Cryptocurrency now!'.
I saw this advertisement on the Google news page once you open your laptop so I thought it must be good, especially as Gordon Ramsey the famous chef was quoted as saying that bitcoin made him more money than his restaurants.
I contacted the company that was there as I scrolled down the Google newsfeed and it was 24option.com. I left my phone number and they contacted me within minutes and I asked all the proper questions including that this money I was going to invest came with the 14 day cooling off period and I was told yes it did. I also asked if I changed my mind for any reason could I take out all my money and again they said yes, so I went ahead and paid using my credit card.
I said I wanted to invest 250 pounds and when I looked at my credit card online statement afterwards I saw that they took out 250 Euros which meant that my credit card company had charged me a fee.
I was told that they would take sterling but they did not so the next day I decided to withdraw my money as I felt uneasy straight away.
As soon as I went through the withdrawal process I logged out.
Within an hour I received a very rude email telling me that if I withdrew my money without making two trades then I would be charged an 80 Euro fee!
I contacted the fraud department of my credit card and they have told me that as soon as the money is received by them they will chase the company for the rest and refund the exchange fee.
Know I know how others feel when they dip their toes in the water. All I can tell you all is to look into the company in as much detail as possible and DO NOT TAKE WHAT GOOGLE ADVERTISE AS BEING THE TRUTH.
Also I have looked into a lot of other cryptocurrencies and most of them are based in Cyprus, I wonder why not in the UK? Just please be careful and only invest a small amount after you have checked into the company as far as you can online and ask your friends to see who they are using as well.
This company that lies through it's teeth to get you to invest has put me off investing in cryptocurrency altogether.
BE CAREFUL OUT THERE, IT IS YOUR MONEY BUT SOON WILL BE THEIRS NOT YOURS AND YOU WORKED FOR THAT MONEY, DO NOT LET THEM STEAL FROM YOU TOO.
ps If you are going to go ahead with ANY cryptocurrency company ALWAYS USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY AS I DID AND I GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK.

Sent a very good scam link

A mate sent a link that showed Bill Gates on the This Morning show and one of the presenters depositing £250 and making a couple of hundred pounds in a few mins.
Then there was a story of some guy making £6000 from £250 and going on holiday and looking at retiring when he gets back!
Amazing I thought, I started to sign up but thought I'd do some checks first so didn't deposit any funds or even complete my personal details. Within 5mins I had a call from some pushy agent which saved me doing any research as that was proof to me enough that it was to good to be true, why would they be so desperate for my £250min deposit? If it was that good then why were they working on a Saturday (when I started the application) and not sat at home watching their own £250 make them thousands of pounds over a few weeks!
I can't say I've lost anything but but from reading the reviews I think I would have, don't fall for what appears to be a scam.
Also on reading a lot of these reviews it's obvious that there's further scams going on with all these people who can recommend someone and even very kindly (sarcasm) provide their Tel numbers or email address so you can recover your lost investment, I've no doubt they charge up front fees and you'll be just scammed again. Please look into the company and ask them to send all their details with terms and conditions via post and see what you receive? Stay clear!

Bad platform

Bad platform, their apps will take trade for you automatically at a very unsuitable rating, and finally cause you lost, then they will ask you put more and more money in order to keep safe level of margin to hold you trade until it get profit. And it will happend again and again, finally cause you lost all the money in one night.
Also, when I release the gold at high price to take profit, they will simutaneously release another trade of gold holding at low price which is in lost... they design the apps with bugs and will sell or buy at unsuitable rating to make you suffer, when you complaints, they will tell you, inject another US15000, i will give you back all your lost... tell me what can I do... they scammed me..

I have had a very bad experience with…

I have had a very bad experience with this company. Firstly when i made a deposit i was told by the account manager who i spoke to that i had not deposited enough and that i should in fact deposit a further £3000. He was rather rude and aggressive. Thankfully i didn't listen to him. In the 3 months since i have opened the account i have tried to withdrawer the money but this wasn't easy either as i had to get a letter from my bank to prove that my debit card was in fact my debit card. Further to this, i have just found out that because my account has been inactive for a couple of months all the money i deposited as gone because of 'monthly fees'. Absolute disgrace!
