Just stay away from this “company” it’s scam!!

Just stay away from this “company” some agent contacted me via Instagram Khloe Moore, convince me to invest 1500$, she was every day talking with me about our trade and money account was growing fast, and when day of withdraw came she despaired from Instagram, customer service told me that her acc was hacked and I can withdraw my money Monday, it’s today September of 16.2019. When I asked them they told me not by bitcoin but tru the bank acc, I say ok, but they told me first I have to send them 3.500$ fee, and after I will be able to withdraw, and they wanted not tru bank but bitcoin and now, I asked them let me talk with my agent, give me her phone or email, they didn’t, I told them take your fees and send me the rest of money, they didn’t, and now on my acc is 000$ nothing from 40K and they also disable costumer support for me, I can’t contact them. I told them I will report them to the US General attorney office as well as FBI. So I’m working on it now! Just stay away from this company and any agent who will contact you tru the phone or Instagram, it totally scam!!!

I would stay well clear of this lot/24 options

I would stay well clear of this lot. I had real problems trying to get my bids placed. Promised phone calls back and when I e mailed them, a certain Amanda Smith who wrongly has a Customer Service title handled my query by simply ignoring all my questions. She needs to look after customers And try and help them , not just spout out it’s our company policy as an answer to everything.

THERE HAS TO BE BETTER TRADERS THAN THIS. STAY CLEAR.

Extremely bad service, avoid 24 option at all costs

Extremely bad service.
You may get a bad feeling from speaking with these people.

-The calls are antagonistic
- They have difficult to spot fees
- If you deposit with them they will charge you up to 80EUR for wanting to withdraw

We deposited 250 and then read the negative reviews, wanted to withdraw, wasnt happy with the calls or way things were going.

The person on the line has tried to almost threaten me that they can take 80 EUR for this. Its a truly awful company, day light robbery.

Stay away at all costs.

The person I spoke to kept speaking over me all the time.
They dont have much to offer.
When I saw the negative reviews I realized I had got into a bad situation.

I signed up because of a broker deal with trader academy club

They have given out my number to a variety of callers.
I do not recommend either

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. They ring constantly trying to get you to invest more money, they even ask how much do you have in your bank acct, as if it's any of their business! I did initially get convinced to put £250 into the acct and explained I would be busy and unable to trade for a while. My acct was inactive for 2 months and they charged me £180 inactivity fee. No point trying to get money back they point blank refused. I'm now trying to get the £70 back. They are an unethical unprofessional pushy bunch who will say anything to get you to hand over your cash. Even when I said I couldn't afford more they kept pushing, I feel for easily persuaded or vulnerable people who may be tempted to hand over their life savings only to lose the lot. I really do wonder how these people sleep at night.

Your Funds can Vanish

I had just opened an account with 24options and transferred initial $200. I got several calls from someone called Gerald who was very nice and coaxed me to put in more money in the range of several thousands of $ to get the real benefit of the trade. Anyway I transferred $250 more and my balance in my account was $450. I am not new to trading and currently trade on other sites of course which are managed by banks, not like 24option which is an online system. Their website seems quite professional. So I stated trading on 23rd July 2019 and picked some currency combination but in micro amount since I wanted to see how it the site performs and what are the loopholes. I picked 14 micro cap currency combination in total they were basically ERU-USD. Since the trade was not good on 23July2019 I decided to carry it over to 24July2019 with full expectation that it will appreciate in value. on 24July2019. At 8am London time, 24July2019, I was simply scanning the status of the trade where in the currency combination showed signs, as per my predictions, to appreciate in value. I was happy and expected that over the next couple of hours all the open trades will be giving profits. Then a remarkable thing happened. Suddenly without any actions of mine or WITHOUT any of my instructions, 12 open trades just got closed at the existing rate, which was a low price, and my deposits reduced from $450 to $20.0. WOW. What was that?
I never experienced such thing anywhere.
My deposits vanished.. What the hell......... ??????
And no explanation was given by the website and rather I was asked to put more money and trade. What a cool way of extorting money. WHAT THE........
Keep away from 24Options, they have an outfit which makes them look cool and authentic but they are the biggest scammers.

Looks like cheating the affiliate…

Looks like cheating the affiliate partners is usual by 24option and it's affiliate network (24affiliates.com) team.

They have so much pain to release my last month's payment, in fact they didn't respond to any of my emails regarding my payment unless I started talking about their regulatory body.
A new scam name is rolling out slowly, called investous.com.
Please stay away from 24option, even if you are affiliate user.

Stay away from 24Otion

Stay away from 24Otion.
1. Sales agents have one goal, it is not to understand you and offer you a good product, instead it is to MAKE YOU to MAKE A BIG DEPOSIT under any cost. They will to you with no regret. Sales agent called me at least 3 days in a row and every day had the same day expiring special super offer. He told me I can open "Gold" account w 250 Euro instead of 5000. Later suggested another special offer Gold for EUR100. I signed up, but the account I got was "Basic".
2. None of the account managers even tried to find out there the issue was but kept insisting/making offers of better account if I deposit EUR 5000.
3. Account managers/senior account managers instead of helping to familiarize with the platform and the functionality just push to increase deposit and were not able and not willing to answer simple questions about functionality and why one of them made me buy CFD on a share? He told me I had to trust them and increase the deposit to access other services, where he could start explaining what were the fundamentals supporting the suggested buying. Guess what? I lost money on that trade. Eventually, he started also swearing why I care about it.

In summary - they are just looking for rich fools and share no cost. Stay away.

PLEASE AT LEAST READ POINT 1 BELOW

I've spent a lot of time looking into 24Option and have spoken to them a few times on the phone.

They are a legally regulated company with SYSEC (The finance regulator in Cyprus) under number 207/13, since 11/07/2013, under the Company 'Rodeler Limited'.

1. Disregard any review on here (Good or Bad) about 24Option that shows an email address to contact due to that person losing their money etc and this company can claim it back if you email them.
These are advertisements and are fake. (I've notified Trustpilot)

2. They're nice people when I've spoken to them on the phone and want to help tutor me with investing. But they're pushy because they really want to get you on-board.

3. It's not a scam or fake company, they're operating withing the confines of the laws.
The whole issue is with their fees, which are varied, expensive, and not clearly shown enough. Also difficulties with withdrawing.

This combined makes it difficult to ever make money as the company continue to take it.
