I’m from Australia and most recently purchased from their most exciting and most awaited drop. With some unfortunate circumstance's occurring, I had been given the wrong order and regrettably had to send the order back for fixing.

Fast forward only hours after sending them a message expressing the situation, they had everything sorted and resolved, with a new order on the way (plus some compensation for my time). I have felt accommodated, and must acknowledge the upmost professional standards these guy’s live up to.
