I have used SyncBackFree for many years. It is a great program. Solid, easy to use and regularly updated.
Recently, I had a "how to use query" which I sent to the Support Team. Although the Free version does not cover formal support, the Team Member was very responsive and helpful and solved my query quickly and efficiency. Thanks

The instructions of the support were very helpful and above all correct It is so easy for me to make the right settings. The tips in the program help are not very helpful and some of them are completely wrong - it just confused me. Apart from that, I think the program is really, really good. It can do a lot, but of course it also requires a lot of settings, which can lead to problems. But if the support works as well as it does with you, then 5 stars!

I am a long time user of SyncBackPro & SyncBackFree, and cannot recommend these products highly enough. They have been easy to use, very fully featured, hugely reliable, and with a strong ongoing development program. I recently reported a minor issue with my understanding of SyncBackPro - I had a response within 24 hours, quickly leading to a resolution. A big thank you to Swapna Naraharisetty who was hugely knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

I received a response to my email question the next day. The instructions to deal with my issue were clear and effective. I am happy with the product and its reliability to back up my data.

I can't praise 2BrightSparks' wonderful SyncBack backup software highly enough.

First used SyncBack (although only very limitedly back then) about a decade or so ago, before migrating my digital life from Windows to MacOS. I've started using it seriously only in the last year or two after reverting my digital life back from MacOS to Windows.

When I moved back from MacOS to the Windows ecosystem, I missed no longer having MacOS's Time Machine backup utility, as Windows's equivalent to that comes nowhere close to it. But then I re-discovered SyncBack, and can confidently say it meets all my backup requirements. It grants a versatility and level of granularity for backups and for their scheduling that well exceeds what even Time Machine can offer.

I'm not going to kid anyone: SyncBack offers a vast range of backup functionality for Windows, so this means it's a quite complex application and therefore comes with a definite learning curve. To get the most out of it, you will need to take time to sit down and go through the highly detailed help documentation. Any effort invested in doing so however will be richly rewarded.

The free version of SyncBack already offers all the backup functionality a Windows user could want, but the first paid tier (SyncBackSE) offers the home user some useful perks (like group queues & run on Windows startup) that, for me, have made it well worth the purchase and upgrade fee.

The only shame as far as I'm concerned is that SyncBack doesn't feature more prominently in the online listings you'll find by searching "Top 10 backup applications for Windows".

SyncBack is an all-round wonder and pleasure to use, and I recommend it unreservedly to anyone looking for a solid, competent backup solution for Windows. Very well-designed and wonderfully configurable.

I had a wonderful experience with 2BrightSparks Support recently, after encountering a rogue popup window in SyncBack that I was unable to get rid of. They remedied it for me with little effort.

I have been using Syncbackpro for many years. As far as I know, it has just about any feature you could want in a backup program and yet the interface is pretty straightforward so I have been quite pleased.

Recently, though, I had trouble with a backup and required some customer service. I interacted with
Swapna Naraharisetty who immediately gave me succinct instructions that solved the issue. She also appears to work 24 hours a day. This experience caused me to choose this time to write a review.

Its so nice to use software that does what you expect on a consistent basis. Syncbak is a great product and the support is outstanding. When asking questions, they consistently respond within a day and its in easy to understand, untechnical, words. Its a please doing business with the guys!

As I do not want my photo collection and private documents to be on the cloud, I need a tool to backup those files. I use SynckBackFree since many many years. It is simple to use, very safe, very fast, friendly and free

The Tech addressed my issue very promptly. And followed through until the issue was resolved. After the first two recommendations didn't solve the problem, he stuck with it and found a third recommendation that solved the issue. Without his tenacity, I never would have solved the problem.

Asked for support for SyncBack, was told not eligible as I have the Free program, but was given a helpful suggestion which solved my issue. SynBack is a great program which I have used for more than 10 years

For the ability to perform backups or synchronize files and folders, Syncback is an invaluable program that most companies would charge an arm and a leg for.
The software is so easy to use and I only recently reached out to their Tech support for the first time to inquire about a specific need. The response and quality of service I received was very professional and very helpful and to think, I am only using the free version!

You have to buy this software if you're doing VFX...it won't let you down as far as backing up all your precious files easily It's very intuitive

As a user of the free version of syncbak, I was not expecting any support. I merely reported a problem to help you address potential issues with your paying customers. I got an almost immediate response with some helpful suggestions - - WAY above the call of duty. The advice worked too. I plan to upgrade to Pro in the very near future
