After several months of the work with your application we have "discovered" the group option which is pretty comfortable for a partail revocering the required part of data.
The backup is safe and for us as I have metnioned comfortable.
Very good service and friendly
My issue was taken care of despite using the free version. I installed the paid version and upon seeing the same issue, a tech took it up and suggested a change to the options which fixed this issue. The resolution was made in a few days because of the time difference.

Quality product
I have been using this program for over a decade and in my opinion there is nothing on the market to touch it.
I have no connection with the firm, just stating my point of view.
I had a slight problem with the possibility of a trojan recently, but studying the Help files resolved it and everything is back to normal again.

Hanging profile at end of run
As a enthusiastic user of Syncback SE for many years, I run into an issue. The profiles did'n't close off at the end of synchronization and stayed in the status "running". The technical support team was able to help me and found the solution to solve the issue. In this case the solution weas found in activating the following lines:
"Use the supplied username and password before trying my current username and password" and "Do not disconnect from the network after the profile run".
Both found in the advanced tab under network.

Answer gave me exactly what what I needed to fix the problem.
Support is one reason to use Synchback. Another is that it’s a program that provides file and folder backup, mirroring, or synching at intervals you set.
Once set, it’s off and running. I’ve used the program for more than twelve years. I highly recommend it.
