Still waiting at the side of a busy road with 3 kids in the car more than 4 hours after I called for recovery (despite not being in a very rural location). I spoke with the breakdown truck who has been assigned the job and my location had been given to them incorrectly and they weren’t told I was at the side of a main road with kids. Terrible service.

The breakdown policy seems very good and keenly priced, I haven’t used it and hopefully I don’t need to use there service but I have peace of mind.

Top service all round.…
From speaking to your agent to the auto technician getting me back on the road everything was 100% , the only hitch was the supplier of new battery they issued a flat battery causing a delay to the technician to replace from supplier he was the most polite chap would recommend his services .

Awful company
Awful company.
The customer service is run without any rules. You queue for lots of time and then they cut you off or people pick up and say hold on and put you back into the queue.
