Fair pricing for good causal clothing

I've ordered from this company several times, and the merchandise has been fairly good. Some of the quality was not what I expected. Some of it was poor and some of it was great. Their return policy works well with exchanges, but returns policy is not that great. You have to pay a fee, which is taken from the cost of the return(s). You may want to size up on their pants because putting them in the dryer causes shrinkage. Pricing is good on products. Their base layer merchandise holds up well. I've purchased two jackets from them and they are holding up well so far. Delivery is fast, so it processing returns and exchanges. The online process for return/exchanges really needs to be tweaked because it gets confusing once you input information it's hard to tell if it's been confirmed. All in all this company does well with service and products

Beyond horrible

Beyond horrible! Ordered coat on 12/8 and noticed on 12/15 it hadn’t shipped. I emailed because you can’t call and talk to anyone and they told me to wait a full seven days which would have been the 16th. I sent another email and was told if no coat by the 21st they would ship a replacement coat via expedited fed ex. I emailed the 21st and 22nd several times and have received no response at all. I will be calling discover card to dispute charges. They can keep the coat! It would be sunmer by the time it arrived!!!

Shipping timelines are a sham and customer service is a joke

Placed an order Dec 7 with standard shipping showing 2-4 business days. It’s now the 22nd and nothing. Customer service is terrible, they told me I had to wait 7 business days and then they would reship with FedEx but apparently that was wrong, now I was told I have to wait 9 business days which we are now beyond. If I could give zero stars I would.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! The rating is below 1 star. I bought a women's puffer long coat - do not buy! - pilled all over my clothing every day for a week. Customer Service is unresponsive, when I finally reached them after emailing every day for a week, they asked me to take photos, as if I was supposed to simulate wearing the coat again and getting my clothes white with the filling and do a photo shoot for them. No refund. Gave the coat to Salvation Army.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again. This is why Amazon is taking over so much of the retail business! I ordered product according to their size chart and it comes and I'm swimming in it! So then I go to do a return you have to have a printer to print the label because it's not like Amazon where you can take it to UPS and they'll slap a label on it. They don't even send you a label in the package in case you want to do a return! So by the time you run around to find somebody that can print the label for you another day has passed. It's Christmas time! It's already been nearly another week and my order will not arrive until perhaps the 27th of December! I believe I originally placed the order on the 5th of December. Do not order from this company they're slow as molasses!

32° used to be a decent company …

32° used to be a decent company to purchase from however, they recently switched their delivery service to UniUni (from FedEx) which in my opinion (and experience) is one of the most unreliable delivery services.
My current order has taken nearly three weeks to deliver from New Jersey to Michigan. The package has been ‘out for delivery’ the past two days which likely means it’ll be another few days to get to my door, if it even gets delivered.

The original delivery timing provided by 32° was 2 to 4 business days. Upon speaking with 32°customer service, they then mentioned that it can take up to nine business days so the 2-4 day timing was either intentionally misleading or a misprint. So far it’s well past 9 business days and the only thing 32° customer service will say is they can’t do anything unless there has been no new delivery status update for an additional 9 business days.

I don’t know how this company plans to stay in business with this delivery model. I for one will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Be aware that if you do purchase from them, it may take a month to receive your order.

No response but email

I ordered me a black XL coat received it tried it on and need to send it back for an exchange. I did everything needed on the website to exchange for bigger size and did not receive a QR-Code. No one responds to the email. I reached out to IG as some did respond in the beginning stating they will look into the matter and crickets after. If someone purchases from your come and reach's out by email answer. This is how you get bad reviews.

No delivery after 12 days!

I ordered 4 items on December 5 and it is now December 18 and haven't received them. I contacted them and they will refund me but very disappointing. Will never order from them again.

I ignored all the reviews and ordered…

I ignored all the reviews and ordered anyway, and let me tell you, this is the worst company ever. Never ignore reviews, ever. They’re 1000% accurate. This company will be out of business soon. Absolute f* piece of 💩. Damn liars. My order was supposed to be delivered a week ago guess what? It hasn’t even been shipped yet. LMAO, WTF.

Shipping is horrible

Shipping is horrible! I can't tell you if the product is good or not, because I have not received it.

I purchased from 32 Degrees via InstaGram on 12/4. They notified me they were shipping from NJ to MO using a company I had never heard of called UniUni. I was concerned as in the shipping confirmation e-Mail there was no projected delivery date.

For the first few days it jumped around the US from NJ to TX. Last status was 4 days ago - sending to another facility in TX. No updates saying if it was ever received there. Who knows if it will ever make its way to MO.

I sent an e-mail to shipping company and 32 Degrees. No response as of yet.

Painfully slow shipping.…

I do like the products I’ve used so far but given the shipping costs I would expect the shipping time could be better. It’s painfully slow. It could be delivered via pony express faster than the service they use. Lower the cost of shipping or speed it up at it’s present cost.

The company they choose to ship with is…

The company they choose to ship with is horrible! My package of just one singular puffer jacket has been sitting in the same spot for 3 days with no movement. It’s been over a week since placing the order. 32 Degrees must get the cheapest deals on this shipping company. They clearly do not care about their customers. So many complaints about how long the shipping process takes with many people waiting weeks before they receive their shipment. A company that cares about their customers would look at these complaints and do something about it. Not this company though. I will definitely do my research before ordering from a new company again. I will also NEVER order from this company again, not that they care!

I had ordered a coat and an extra large…

I had ordered a coat and an extra large and when I received it, it was 4 inches too big. I called complained they sent me a size large, which I don’t know if it would fit because the zipper was messed up on it. I called again and complained. They wanted me to send a video I sent a video and now cannot get any response from them. I think this is bad business. Totally disappointed in this company.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! I placed an order for my daughter in law. I was notified by Fed Ex that the package was getting ready to ship. The address was completely wrong! It wasn’t even the same town! 32 degrees doesn’t have a phone number to call just an email address! First red flag for me! I emailed them and they were of zero help. They told me it was out of their hands that I had to call Fed Express! Fed Express told me because I was not the sender they could not help me that 32 Degrees had to call them to get the package changed. 32 Degrees just gave me the runaround with zero help! They would not take the time to call Fed Express. This was not my fault, and now I’m out 55.00 and someone will get my package. Never spoke to anyone on the phone, just emailed back and forth! Never again will I use this company!

Pleasantly surprised

I was skeptical I’ll admit it. I have to say I a pleasantly surprised! Colors are beautiful and the jackets are nicely made. I can’t really say to the warmth yet but I will definitely buy again. Shipping was very fast and customer service was good. Absolutely worth the money you save.

I was skeptical at first…

I was skeptical at first as I found this company on FB, I went to their web site and saw a lot of cute clothes but again skeptical regarding the quality as the price points were in line with my budget. I have been buying since July and I have NEVER gotten a product that I didn't like or the product was cheap and knew I'd only wear it a few times before it fell apart. I can't rave about this company enough and shocked to see so many poor reviews as I have bought enough of their product to justify 5 stars and then some.

I’ve ordered from 32° a lot over the…

I’ve ordered from 32° a lot over the years and never had a delivery problem until now. Most of the deliveries were very quick small orders put in my mailbox. The latest order on November 18, 2025 they used a shipping company called Uni Uni outfit in Canada. They claim they tried to deliver on Sunday. I was home all day no one delivered anything or tried to deliver anything. I contacted 32° and they pushed the delivery back on me to contact the company. Never again will I buy from them And plan on disputing the charge on my visa.
