While the clothing has been actually fairly good the customer service is awful. 18 days to get an order MINIMUM. They don't track their orders and will send you endless sales emails and emails asking you to rate stuff from an order you haven't even received yet because apparently they aren't smart enough to even track their orders. They must pay the absolutely bare minimum for shipping for it to take weeks. AVOIDING THEM GOING FORWARD.

I have several tank tops with built in bra. they are my go-to tops for summer. No issues with shipment. took approx 1.5 weeks. Only complaint is they only sell solid colors. literally ONE print and its stars. solid colors are so boring. that is the only reason I dont buy more tank tops. I would buy a lot more if they had prints.

I bought a pair of swim trunks with an elastic waistband. They were marked as size large, which is my size. The trunks that came were 8 inches longer around the waist than a dozen other pairs I have in that size. Thats because the elastic part was not factored in. So what came would work for someone with a 42 or 44 inch waist, not 35 as I have.

The rep from the company refused or was incapable of understanding the issue. So I write this review and will find a gorilla who might be able to wear the trunks.

I have had generally good experiences with 32 in the past. But they now have won a place in the Hall of Spam.

Received damaged item and they charge me $5 return fee for return a damaged item that costs $7.99. Would not shop with them again.

I made my order the last of May but I never got a confirmation NEVER. My order arrived on the 11th of June still no info. The items are to large and I would like to return them but that's going to be difficult without some proof of my order. I have a hunch that the 32degree company might be doing that on purpose so you can't make a return. I guess I send these clothes to the good will. This is the last time I'm going to be taken advantage of by 32degrees!

For returns, not only do they keep $5 of your money, but original shipping charges and "any promotional discounts" used at the time of purchase are not refundable. Don't bother with this company

I love these jeans. Very soft and very comfortable. I'd like to ask why there is not a Jean that comes in the color WHITE?

Over 2 weeks and still no delivery and no response from the company. I have 2 orders that have not been updated on tracking for 1 week, Company does not care. 60% OF REVIEWS ARE 1 STAR!!! THAT SAYS IT ALL.

I recently ordered several shirts for work. My neighbor received my order. I had to go ask my neighbor for my package, lol! So since I started wearing 32degrees shirts for work everyday. I now how a horrible pigmentation in my armpits. Never had this issue in my life.
There’s no other explanation! I have not changed anything… not my detergent, not my deodorant! Absolutely nothing only that I started wearing these shirts daily!!!

I order in March on the 16th.I still haven't received a tracking number or anything.Its May 6,2025.I will never order anything from 32 gang ever in life.This don't make sense if I don't see anything in the next week I'm asking for a refund.

Disappointed that their leggings stretch out so much by midday are hanging off me. Won't purchase again!

Everything I get is great. Underwear is super super soft. Pants I wear everyday. Undershirts long and short are my go-to shirts.

Been ordering for years first time I had to return something for a different size. Very very simple. Got my replacement within days.

I bought 2 items. The pants, size LG, stretched and I couldn't wear them again.
Capris were were poorly made and waist on a Medium was very small. Would not shop there again.

My order keeps being delayed on delivery date and provided unclear delivery date on the shipping service.
Contacted the customer service and got answer on “blaming game “ said that I have to work with the delivery company to find the information my own.
This bad experience tells me that 32 degrees is not a complete and trustful service company even the price and materials are in decent market range.

Items never arrived and when tried tracking number it wants me to pay to see where my items are

I have so far survived 3 winters in bone-chilling Idaho after 20 yrs in Kona with the help of 32 Degree products, The fleece leggings for $6.99 are amazingly warm and the zip puffer coat extral long below my knees keeps me toasty walking the dog in 0 degree weather. The shorter light weight puffer coat works well for general work around the farm. I bought a mens sized L shorty, which seems to work better for trapping warm air inside. I don't care that I look like I am wearing a blanket...the $29.95 long coats keep me warm and cozy (bought one in every color) when I'm feeding my Central Boiler or the chickens. The regular leggings are great because with 2 pockets and hey have only $8.
Yes, some products may have some drawbacks - the material on their clingy red and black plaid night gown is not condusive to 'feeling w/chapped hands' so I got rid of that boyfriend instead of the night gown LOL Their fleece pjs top is very weird--too big and too hot, but the clingy leggings are warm and comfy. All in all, 32 degree clothing is a great priced product - and I'm 75 yrs young, so I know of what I speak. Mahalo for reading my review! (I love Idaho and 32 Degree!)

I love my 32 Degrees Sweatsuits (I bought 2). Very soft and cozy feeling. The price is great, too.

However, don't like the pilling. The suits are new and immediately showed widespread pilling on the bottom front and both sides of my top This piling makes it look worn.

No customer service. Ship packages delayed. Cancel orders even after says it was shipped. Transfer packages from ups to usps. Don’t care when call, “chat” or email. Do not order from this company unless you want to waist your time and money!

Who so ever is reading this review, pls take it seriously. I have ordered a coat with their mentioned size chart. First of all their size chart is incorrect. The ordered coat Comes too big. Now I want an exchange they are saying it's a final sale product we can't do the return/exchange. But when I was buying it's no where mentioned. May be they have written in some policies but while purchasing they are not mentioning this. They are making fool of customers which is really unacceptable. All it was not even mentioned while purchase that it's a final sale product.
