Worse shipping ever

Terrible service! Zero stars if possible! I ordered my Christmas gifts on Dec 12 and still have not received it. No Christmas gifts and New Year's Eve is tomorrow. I emailed customer service three times because they do not provide a phone number, and had to wait 48 hours for each response. I got 3 different answers. The first was "oh the holiday sale, we're backed up." The second was "Oh an item is backordered but will ship out soon." And the last, "oh it's in transit but due to our policy we'll just refund you." RIDICULOUS! I never received a shipping confirmation or code, and my order was basically cancelled without confirming with me first. Please don't waste your time or money, save yourself the headache.

Similarly to Helen who reviewed 12/30/24, I feel lucky to have gotten my Christmas shopping wrapped up earlier in December, and not involving the desperation factor of waiting, and counting down.

With regards to the shipping woes expressed in 1-star/ 2-star reviews, one can address the issue in two different parts. The first is that I acknowledge the true fact that checkout only offers 1 option for shipping to me USPS ground economy. I presume the purpose for the simple, widely panned postal service method is to keep costs down for the company, and - consequently - its customer.

The second part is that by offering the slower shipping method, only, the company broadcasts a tacit admission that they aren't even playing the expedited-delivery game. Such a tactic may seem cowardly, but why get all sentimental when we are talking about planes, trains and automobiles, and the limits of these cargo vehicles when faced with the insuperable demands from online holiday shoppers (especially those who aren't two weeks ahead in their action plans). Our parcel delivery infrastructure can process a lot, but it cannot barge willy-nilly across swaths of the country with packages that need processing on either side of the great divide. The guarantee that I receive via working with 32 Degrees, is that I will receive a competitively-priced, high-quality set of briefs, polos, sweaters or slippers faster than most companies of 32 Degrees. The joy is of saving a buck, and pleasing someone else - whether on 25 Dec. or on another day - is fulfilling and as long as this dynamic is in place, I will go to the well time and again.

Very Happy With Them

I have ordered a variety of clothing from 32 Degrees, and absolutely love everything I have ordered. The fabric is incredibly soft, and the sizes are true to the chart.

Unlike some who have reported here, I have not had any issues with delivery, but I have not ordered anything with a tight deadline.

I will continue to order from them, as their clothing is extremely versatile, stylish, and comfortable.

Hands down the worst company ever!!!!

No customer service whatsoever. I made a purchase back on 12/14 and still have not seen the merchandise and today is the 29th. This is absolutely unacceptable, and no one should be treated like this. Thay have no problem taking your payment as soon as the order is made, but they ship it at their leisure. Companys like this do not need to exist.

Confusing shipping

Still waiting on order - (update package arrived ). Each part of their shipping blames the other and has no answers, it is equal parts UPS, Mail Innovations, USPS and 32 Degrees. The shipping is very frustrating as no one really answers you. If you ignore shipping and just wait until whenever it comes -- I guess that would be the way to go

These guys are great, I don't understand the poor reviews.....?

Edit: After looking at other reviews, it appears most of the negative reviews are because of Christmas time shipping, which fair enough I suppose, but just about every company struggled with that this year. My items were not "last minute gifts" so I did not experience this issue and my review is entirely aimed towards the product quality and shopping experience.

So far, I've gotten three relatively big orders through these guys and everything has been fantastic, they've even thrown in free stuff one time. I don't understand the poor reviews. I'm not sure if it has to deal with shipping or what but I've had zero problems with 32 degrees clothing and the clothing itself has been some of my favorite clothing I've ever worn. As a man who doesn't care about name brand clothing and just wants good quality clothing for the price, these guys haven't let me down and are honestly #1 for me so far (I have another big order coming right now so who knows, this might change) but I don't plan on this changing. It's literally like $4 t shirts, $9 hoodies, $10-20 pants, I'm not understanding how you can feel ripped off unless the quality is bad, which it isn't...? If you're buying T-Shirts for $4 I'm not entirely sure what you were expecting or how in anyway you were let down... just not making sense to me so it has to be problems with shipping, missing items, or something which in that case, fair enough.

The only thing I could think of off the top of my head is that maybe the women's clothing is different or the women buying them were expecting more for the couple of bucks they spent...? I'm not sure but I'm a man in my early 30s and this place is perfect for my demographic (a man who just wants comfortable, well made, affordable clothing and not concerned with brand names) in my honest opinion.

So yeah, if you're at least somewhat similar in mindset as myself when it comes to clothing, I can't recommend these guys enough. Ignore the other reviews and see for yourself, it's so cheap you have nothing to lose and now my closet is way more stocked than before!

Btw if you're a guy, you HAVE try their "sweatpants" jeans, they are awesome, lol.

No gear, ordered the 12/14/2024. Still waiting...

I am waiting for a pick up to a bucket list trip to Zermatt, Switzerland. Unfortunately I am going without my order from @32degrees. I tried to include a snapshot of where my order currently is but I was unable to do so, I ordered it on the 14th of December, 2024 with expedited shipping. Here we are on Christmas day and the shipper still hasn't received the items. Well done @32degrees for completely screwing my family and I.

I've contacted the company via email and by phone and they just say they will check into it.
I will never order from them again and warn other to beware.

This company are terrible shippers

This company are terrible shippers. Ordered on the 12/16. This was advertised to arrive by Xmas. They sent an email stating “We would like to inform you that due to the high volume of orders we received during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, our warehouse is experiencing some delays in processing.”
I ordered from a dozen other online retailers, many offering “free shipping” and received my items on time or EARLY! That’s evidence that 32 Degrees is an incompetent shipper! I paid $5.99 for this incompetence!
Wish i would have looked at their reviews before I ordered from them. Never again!! Steer clear.

"32 Degrees: A Complete Disappointment"

I ordered Christmas gifts for my family from 32 Degrees, and the entire experience was a disaster. The company took forever to fulfill the order, let alone ship it, and now it won't arrive until long after Christmas. By then, all my family members will be back in their own homes, making the gifts pointless.

Nowhere on their website did it mention that orders placed 10 days before Christmas wouldn't make it in time. Any competent business that values its customers would ensure timely delivery during the holiday season. Even Macy’s managed to deliver my order placed on December 20 by December 22 with free shipping. Clearly, 32 Degrees doesn’t know how to run a business or care about their customers.

You ruined Christmas for my family this year. Your company is worse than the Grinch. Do us all a favor—close your business and learn how to provide adequate service before trying again. I will never order from 32 Degrees again, even if it means spending more elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs.

Cancellation Policy is a LIE.

After years of being a loyal customer, I filled a cart up with items. I had a 50%coupon that was verified in my cart and my total was $42. As soon as I pushed "buy," the coupon disappeared and I was charged $84. I read their on site cancellation policy and cancelled the order, as directed, in an email with my full name, email address, and order #. The site says you must do this within 30 minutes. I did it within two minutes and sent 5 emails to be sure it was seen. The order was filled anyway and after many emails to have my cancellation honored I was told the order and cancellation happened during off business hours. They said the coupon was only for employees. If that is the case, the coupon should not have shown to be valid when it was applied to my cart. They fulfilled the order, without the verified 50% coupon days after I made the order and immediately asked for cancellation. They don't honor their own published policy. That was my last order, after 10+ orders.

NO Customer Service

This company has NO Customer Service. If you want any help in returns, or correction on orders or refunds you are SOL! Forget the price point you will never see your refund. In fact I did not receive product on one order and could never let them know. Web site is useless> Save your money and go elsewhere.

**** update: they didn't come through with the coat that I had ordered in a timely fashion but they did finally refund all of my money including the expedited shipping rate.

I ordered a coat last Saturday, paid the extra $8 for expedited shipping. After not getting informative on it being shipped, i emailed them this morning to ask when i would see it. Got an email back saying it would be another 4 to 5 days before shipping. I emailed them to please cancel my order. Crickets....... they have my money tho! And will charge me more to return when it comes in. I need to start paying attention to what others are saying!!!!!!

I ordered a jacket on December 9 sent out an email on the 15th as I had no verification that it was shipped. Never got a response but did get a email about a tracking number which didn’t work. I tried to cancel my order but was unable to and I have not gotten a response from the company. Very frustrating experience with this company. Still trying to resolve

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

I placed a order on 12/1/24 and it says it may takes up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. Not almost 2 weeks! I emailed them asking them about a update on my order. I was sent a email immediately stated that due to so many orders on Black Friday, that it would delayed a few day due to staffing issues. My daughter ordered the same thing as I ordered and she got her last week and here I am just getting my order today 12/15/24. I AM HIGH DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMMUNICATION that was provided. I want to talk a real person when dealing with issues. I'll order from this company again.
