Not great.

When I went in for my free consultation, it was simply a sales pitch for their packages. The woman didn’t look at my skin, didn’t ask me any questions. If you had asked her if I was wearing glasses as I walked out, I don’t think she could have told you.
I booked in a hydra facial anyways, and had the same woman greet me. The whole experience was awkward right from the start. While reading the consent form I noticed that they ask very clearly if you have a shellfish allergy as some products contain them. Happens that I do have a shellfish allergy, so I mentioned it. She dismissed me stating it was fine, that she would just use another product instead, but no explanation and I still had to sign the form stating that I did not have the allergy!
Getting into the room, I was told to get on the bed. She then covered me with a blanket, and only after this did she mention that I should have taken off my top so she could start with a neck massage. So I had to get back up, take off my top - and glasses, and lie back down.
The facial itself was… ok. The actual hydrafacial part lasted about 4 minutes out of the hour, and the suction wand kept turning off so she had to keep resetting it. I got to lie under extremely bright lights for about half an hour, which was actually quite nice. When the lights went off I was told to get up, I was done. She gave me a filthy mirror to look in, but I honestly couldn’t see anything. I paid and left and that was that.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

18/11/2023
Sure, you are free to encourage customers to go for 10 litres of oxygen per minute when they might, just as competitively, obtain 20 litres of oxygen per minute elsewhere. It's a free country. In addition, any customer is free to do their own research and make up their own mind as I already encouraged at the outset. As for what I mentioned about badgering....well, this exchange speaks for itself. I could easily also have written a lot more about what I experienced as unpleasant there at times, for example, the overflowed paper towel refuse bin in the bathroom that was full and un-emptied, each in the later part of the afternoon, when I visited two days in a row, that I had to uncomfortably request that it be emptied as I was unable to easily dispose of the paper towels I had used to dry my hands without them repeatedly falling out due the copious previous paper towel waste left their of others (which were clearly not just used for the drying wet hands but potentially other things also, like make up removal etc. and no customer wishes to inadvertently touch other refuse while simply trying to ensure that their own refuse stays in the bin). Following my mention of it the bin was subsequently emptied by the time I next visited; or of the huge damp patch, clearly visible at the end of the hallway corridor ceiling which customers cannot help but walk under if they wish to use the same toilet located to the right hand side at the end of the corridor. On one occasion, I even raised it when the stale smell of damp pervaded not just through the corridor but into the general treatment room as well (as aromas will often tend to do if not masked) but I had held back in order to try to keep this review as brief a possible. But regardless of the reasons for why or how those issues arose, (the damp patch was said to have already been there for a significant length of time) one would not expect to repeatedly see and experience them in a business that promotes health, beauty and wellbeing. All the best.

In response to the 'reply' none of what I said is 'false'. My review is on the basis of value for money and the fact is, this establishment provides a maximum of 10 litres of oxygen per minute (which they themselves confirm) where there are others that provide up to 20 litres per minute, for a longer duration rate and for only a marginal increase in the package price in comparison to that of 360. In terms of value for money, let the customer be the judge. In addition, when previously I advised 360 that I wished to end their packaged hyperbaric sessions, I instead kept being badgered to continue with them until I could no longer. Simple.

17/11/23
If I could give it a lower rating I would. Their maximum 10 litres of oxygen per minute for what they charge is NOT best value for money in comparison to some other high street providers. But whenever I raised any concerns at the venue, I was 'gaslighted' and patronised as though my comments over the feeble rate of air flow pressure I could feel coming through the mask were 'ludicrous'. I have since discovered that some other similar high street commercial hyperbaric oxygen chambers would provide up to double that amount of oxygen flow to their customers at up to 20 litres per minute for just a fractional increase in cost per hour to that of 360. This is why 360 can 'appear' to charge lower on their hyperbaric oxygen offer packages but, proportionally, a customer may end up paying far more per hour because while they may be receiving up to 50% less oxygen than other high street venues offering similarly discounted packages, they may not similarly also be being charged a price at 50% of some of these other competitor's prices. Do your own research before you sign up as refunds on 360 offer packages are discretionary, at best and, only then, such refunds from 360 require a customer to have suffered a 'bereavement' or a 'medical condition' first which not every customer will feel comfortable revealing to a third party just in order to claim a refund on any unused package session! A credit note for the value of any remainder sessions is the most a customer can reliably expect to receive back following any advanced bulk payment a customer had already made on a hyperbaric oxygen offer package. However, this credit note will be valued AFTER a deduction is first made of previous used sessions but, NOT at their discounted offer package prices but at their FULL price so you would get less back on any credit note for the 'unused' sessions as the charges per 'used' sessions in the discounted offer package would have gone up to the full amount.

I have not tried 360's other services so cannot comment on those but, based upon the cost and experience of their hyperbaric oxygen chambers, I would definitely NOT recommend it as Value For Money.

In response to your last message, To explain one more time how our system works to enable the user of our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) system absorb up to 100% oxygen. A person inhale air at an average rate of 6-7 L/minute, our HBOT system provide concentrated oxygen at a rate of 10 L/minute which is higher than a persons capacity to inhale. Hence 10 L/minute is more than sufficient to enable a person inhale pure oxygen, and under pressure in the chamber would enable the body absorb near 100% oxygen. This information can be simply validated by the available information online. Your claim about getting 50% less oxygen is completely untrue and you should refer to reliable sources for further explanation. Therefore please reframe from claiming false information and misguide the public.
Also completely untrue and unrealistic that the we badgered you to complete 13 hrs of 1hr to 1.5hrs during the 9 visits you had. another false claim, and show how reliable your feedback to the public is more personal than constructive and informative.

We welcome all feedback with the aim to address our clients concerns and provide the best service possible. However this review contain false information and give us opportunity to clarify matters to the public. This unfair review which questions our system's oxygen flow rate ironically after this customers completed of 13 hours of HBOT sessions without raising any concern about how the system works. Following her last session she decided our system does not provide sufficient oxygen at 10 L/m, which is purely personal opinion and not based on facts. To clarify our HBOT system enable the client to absorb up to 100% oxygen by delivering 10 L/min under pressure of 1.5 ATA while a person's average rate of inhalation is 6-7 L/m. Therefore rate of Oxygen flow into mask for the customer at 10 L/min is more than sufficient to ensure oxygen in inhaled adequately to achieve desired result over the planned sessions. Since our inception and over the last 3 years we’ve had various customers with different health issues which reported the benefit of the therapy they received with us, some of these are evident in the positive feedback we received such as those with long COVID, inflammation, post cosmetic surgery, minor injuries of professional football players, amongst other health issues. Most recent and remarkable example is that of a client who recovered 75% of his hearing following the course of 20 sessions. Therefore this review is misleading in reporting the efficiency and adequacy of the therapy here at 360 Degree Clinic and wrong claim made to how much oxygen our system help a person absorb. Generally we always recommend a 15 minutes trial prior to signing up to a plan to ensure all questions are answered about how the therapy works and suitability for individuals. We are a well being clinic and care about delivering the therapies our client wish to have and will continue to do so.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Not professional and just after your cash! Vitamin c treatment not for cancer they give you a measly dose and it took 2.5 hours. At a better clinic I went to after they gave me 10 times the amount, it took 20 mins and was not administered by a fake doctor.

We alway welcome client feedback with the aim to improve our service, however in your case Lisa, last Saturday you had a consultation session with our GMC registered Doctor who explained exactly what dose of vitamin c can be given since we do not have any medical history. Our practitioner delivered the required treatment upon your request with your full consent. It normally takes about an hour for the treatment in question and you also spend another hour trying our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. At the end of both treatments you expressed interest to purchase a package of 10 HBOT sessions but needed time to think it through with your father. You left our premises without any complain. You emailed us yesterday (5 days later) requesting a refund for the Vitamin C dose taken, but because we have product cost and doctor's time to charge therefore we could not meet your request for refund. You should understand to get an hour of private consultation and treatment from any doctor has a cost associated to it and can not be refunded. Finally your unfair feedback due to personal view is contrary to the many excellent reviews we have received to date.
