360nutrition.com aka Shroomology is absolute garbage in a bag. First ingredient is modified food starch! Followed by the ashawaganda and mushrooms it hides behind in its deceptive marketing. "Modified food starch is bad for you. The ingredient is treated with potentially harmful chemicals and has a high risk of contamination. We recommend limiting your consumption of this ingredient, if not avoiding it all together." BUY INGREDIENTS NOT BRANDS! This brand is full of ill intent which will never contribute to anyones good health!
