Do not book with Adored Holidays or 360 Travel Group.
We booked a family holiday to Abu Dhabi including flights, hotel and transfers. Days before departure, we discovered only because we contacted the hotel ourselves that no hotel booking existed. Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island confirmed directly that our reservation was not on their system.
We dealt directly with Alex and Tobi, both General Managers, yet despite dealing at the highest level, the situation was handled appallingly. Alex became completely unresponsive at a critical time, with messages read and not replied to, and deadlines repeatedly missed.
Tobi repeatedly assured us a solution was coming, asked for more time, and committed to specific call back times. None of these were honoured and no resolution was ever provided.
Multiple calls to the office resulted in conversations with admin staff who confirmed there was nothing they could do because the matter sat with Alex and Tobi. This left us completely stuck, with no escalation route, no accountability, and no ownership of the issue.
We were later informed that Arabian Adventures, their provider, had cancelled bookings due to contractual issues with Adored Holidays, yet nobody proactively informed us. We were left less than 24 hours before departure, check in open, travelling with a 14 month old baby, with no accommodation and no support.
The stress and disruption caused were enormous. We lost annual leave, nursery fees, airport parking, holiday purchases, and had to urgently arrange an entirely new holiday ourselves to avoid being stranded abroad.
Any reviews mentioning individuals we did not deal with do not reflect our experience. Our interactions were with Alex, Tobi, and the wider Adored Holidays and 360 Travel Group team.
This was a complete failure of service, duty of care and professionalism. We would never book with Adored Holidays or 360 Travel Group again and strongly urge others to avoid them.
