She proactively offered several options to reduce it, which I really appreciated. It gave me even more confidence that I chose the right travel company. Booking online was easy, and they also provided a generous baggage allowance.
The customer service is excellent.
I had trouble accessing my booking on the airline's website, so I called them, and Peter answered. He resolved the issue within few minutes.

I'm writing this with proof in hand - recordings, emails, and documentation from the airline. This isn't a fake review, and I can back up every word.
Let me explain: I booked a flight last April to visit a family member in hospital. Tragically, they passed away before I could fly. The airline immediately approved my refund and sent the money back to this agent, to then send back to me. That should have been the end of it.
Instead, it's been a year of:
• 100+ phone calls (me chasing them)
• Many emails
• 4 different reps (Keith, Sana, Peter, Craig) feeding me the same lies
• Weekly promises of "your refund is processing"
• No refund received from them
The airline has shown me proof they refunded this agent months ago. They've tried intervening on my behalf. But the agent ignores the airline too.
Let me be crystal clear: This agent is sitting on money that isn't theirs. They took my refund and hoped I'd give up chasing it.
I've now involved my credit card company because this has gone beyond poor service - it's straight-up theft. They've had my refund for a YEAR while I grieved my loved one's passing. They made me jump through hoops with death certificates and family trees, only to pocket the money themselves.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE:
✗ Don't book with them
✗ Don't believe their excuses
✗ Don't trust their promises
I've never written a negative review before, but this company deserves every word. They're not just incompetent – they’re liars. Book directly with airlines and avoid these scammers at all costs.

The same price. When you pay for your flights upfront then tickets should be paid for and released there and then and not just booking confirmation. Causes lots of unnecessary stress. Much better price than others but never had problems chasing for tickets before!

We have bad experienced with this travel agency and i swear i will not recommend (i already informed all friends) and never never used it again. We bought our return tickets to Philippines last February flying for June 27. 2024 for 2 families 5months of waiting and we are all excited. All packed and ready. When the day came(27.06.24) early went to airport and all excited. Check in smoothly and waiting for boarding. Our 1st leg of flight were Belfast City Airport to Frankfort Airport (3.5hrs flight and lay over 4hrs) 2nd flight Frankfurt to Singapore (13hrs flight) arrived at 6pm Singpore time our final leg will be 8.50pm to Cebu. Were checking for our gate in board information no details was showing so we asked the information desk they had said to us that our flight is cancelled but no further details so they referred us to go to Scoot airlines desk. Singapore Airport is huge running around to locate the airline desk takes us more than 40-55mins running around until we found out its in terminal 1 and were in terminal 2. When we arrived there the counter is closed and no staff available. We were told to go back to information desk again. We went same response from information desk to go to airlines desk back and fort no one css as n give us a correct and proper answer or assistance. We asked the others airlines beside the scoot airlines counter and told us that they have an office at Jewel Mall we have to go out and pass the immigration counter so went. 4 adults 3 kids we are all tired and exhausted. No Scoot Airlines office at that mall. So we go back inside the airport and binggo the sccot airlines check in counter were open. So we asked for assistance good thing the staff were helpful. Yes our flight were cancelled but the scoot airlines management circulated the memo for cancellation May 2024 to their 3rd party travel agents and our Uselect agent Craig never inforned us that our flights was change to June 29, 2024 at 9.30am. The Scoot Airlines didnt give us any compensation or even free accommodation since they did their part in advance. We contancted the Uselect Craig were very very disappointed of his responsed and the way he handle our situation. So ended up we stayed overnight at Changi Singapore Airport waiting for our next day flight June 29, 2024 at 9.30am flight. So both families swearing not used and even recommend this travel agent.
