Good enough, but the server I rented from them will consistently disconnect everyone for at least 60 seconds every now and then, and then the connection reestablished. All in all good, but I had to knock two stars because of the issue.

A great gaming server solution.
I really like the dashboard, everything is there that I need. I liked using my Linux server on my raspberry Pi but it was underpowered and my ISP connection is slow. This reminds me a lot of my Pi, but with a complete dashboard for metrics and GUI for settings. It even has a built in terminal window that echos what your server is doing. No problems with the joining game server, it feels responsive and lag free. One thing that would be handy for people unfamiliar with these servers is if they sent a PDF with instructions and basic FAQ, their website has help information but I had to scratch around.

Don't wase your time and money
My minecraft server has lag and keep rebooting in random times. I've double the amount of resources and wasted a lot of my time trying to get it work. No manual mods were used. Only the mod pack they offered - Better Minecraft (It just restarting all the time) and Simply Shaders (a lot of lags and random reboots).
Chat with support is useless - I've tried 3 times to send some logs or questions. They reply "hello" and ignore the rest waiting for the chat timeout.
I've tried to create a support ticket with crash dumps and accurate problem description. They replied me only the following - "Hello, Which type of server are you running?"
It's not High Performance Hosting heigher they have High Availability Infrastructure or 24/7 Support.
Don't wase your time and money.

Too many issues
Popular modpack had issues that required manual fixing. Next day server failed with "out of space" errors for no apparent reason. Server also lagged despite not maxing out CPU or RAM. Price was only real upside.

I wouldn't give them another penny.
I wouldn't give them another penny to host a game server. My Valheim server had lag, connection issues and at one point we couldn't connect at al. Asked for a refund within a day (after only being able to use the server for 2 hours) and they won't offer one. I could just let my month expire or upgrade the server (read: pay more money). Almost ALL game server providers offer refunds within a short window. Go to those hosts to get a server and absolutely skip 365Hosts. 0/10

Server not starting up
I have no problem with 365 host its just I'm not sure whether it was the modpack I was using or 365 host but when I tried to boot up the server it didn't work and it failed to tell me the actual issue.If u want to investigate the modpack was Feedthefactory version 1.0 thank you

Absolutely shocking service. From the moment of sign up I was double billed and it's now over a year later and I'm still waiting for a refund!

Our records never showed any signs of complains about the service and if any We are pretty sure that it has been dealt with.
Concerning the refund, it is the client's plain responsibility to alert our billing about any issues. When you contact us we had to go through ball records to make sure that none of your payments went missing.
Our team refunded the entire excess amount. We also tried contacting you on support ticket multiple times to provide a mean of refund as you removed all PayPal billing agreement or credit card linked to your account.

Honestly. Bought a minecraft server that runs worse with more ram, than previous hosting I was using. I could not figure out how to connect sftp via filezilla. And last no money return policy.
