Overall very good service and prices.
My biggest issue is that on MULTIPLE occasions, they have changed my server login IP name without any communication. So when someone tries to log into the server, it would give login errors. Very frustrating. The first time it took hours for us to figure out that 365Hosts changed the login name.
All they had to do was send me an email that the name would be changing, and it would have been fine.

I have a lot of doubts buying a service in this website, but I had a greaet start with its support.
I'm really glad that they offer a low price with its services.

Wonderful!
A wonderful experience from start to finish. Very good prices for the services provided. I wanted to setup a Minecraft server and from account creation to having the server up and running, took me less than 30 minutes. Their modpack installation is amazing and they provide premium features that other services usually charge more to use.

I have hosted my server here for 10 months, it has been AMAZING! High quality servers, they have DDR4 RAM, all SSD's, and top of the line CPU's. If I ever need support, they treat me with so much respect, and are always so kind, patient and warm. They get things done, their live chat tool is so useful, and their email support is very fast and high quality. It is VERY cheap, and at first I thought it was too good to be true, maybe it was a scam, but this has (by far) been the BEST experience I have had with ANY company ever.

I have found 365 Host the best, never had any trouble, Always there for me,
I have no complaints at all, 100% Happy Thanking you.
BUT since the have been taken over by some others it not any good no more as they charging much much more, So I have long time gone, closed my account.

I know the multiple reviews talking about Marcus Stones are weird, but you have to understand, me and my friends had a server that was constantly crashing, it was a big problem. Frustrated, we reached out to support and Marcus Stones ensured 4 lifelong supporters of 365 Hosts. Marcus Stones is charming, intelligent, funny, calming, and everything else you want support to be. Ordered a server. Was never given access.
(4/23) Ordered a server and was never given access. It required credentials that I didn’t have. I was told access instructions would come in a future email, but they never did. After multiple attempts to gain access, I contacted their support team. After multiple times attempting to contact their support team, I was never responded to.
They promptly charged me, “started” the service, and cancelled the service when I finally got fed up with trying to get ahold of them.
People apparently have had success with them, but I paid money to gain no service and zero support. Will not do business with them again.
Edit (4/27): Received a kind/thoughtful response from the support team eventually. Was offered 3 months of free service and was given credentials, yet I have no access to a server within their game panel. Currently waiting for further response from 365Hosts.

Recommended for game hosting
The product - a server for game hosting - is as advertised, works finely and sports a very competitive price. I had a small problem in the beginning that was quickly addressed and solved within minutes.
