They do what they want… don’t even ask you if can work on weekends or no.
They just put you through
And then apologising but next week same issue again, ladies are rude in office..
And finally… when you request holidays to be paid and p45 be issued then they start playing silent keep telling they can’t get hold with payroll… think twice before you go register with them..

Unprofessional and Dishonest
They gave me a job position at Ellis CS Whetstone as lorry class 2 for 7am, so I went as planned then a manager made me wait then asked me to fill out a form there was also a driver with me waiting and was also filling out the form, then I finished filling out the form then the manager asked me to wait, at that point the other driver returned the form and left for work, Then another driver is arrived and the manager asked him to fill out the form too, I was still waiting, then the manager came back and the driver who had just arrived he left to work his run also, I found it strange, then the manager came back and told me I could gone my home because the run was cancelled, he has no work I asked for an explanation and told them it was really weird and not normal I just think that the person in charge was a racist, I don’t see otherwise, it does not matter, so I left then I tell 365 people about it and I have informed them of the problem and I told them that it is not normal, fair, and that I would like to be paid for an hour of work, because with the time I spent there (over an hour) and travel, which is normal I think, I had to deal with a certain Paul Vinas, the manager, but he didn't want to know anything and told me I wouldn't get paid, then my wife called them to have explanations with this Paul Vinas, but the only answer she had was to have someone disagreeable, rude, virulent and arrogant , this famous Paul Vinas, who finally hung up on her face, then I stopped working for them and I never had any payment or any excuses from them for this sad and unfortunate incident.
Also, they delete all bad reviews about them and only publish good reviews (fake reviews).

(Please note the 5star reviews are all left my family and friends who coincidentally have the same surnames and the people working here) I have been contracted with this agency for 4 months now and it’s honestly the worst agency I have ever used! (The Oldbury staff are completely incompetent). In four months, there hasn’t been a single week where my pay has been correct. The staff communicate through WhatsApp when it suits them, but don’t reply when you’re chasing your salary! 365 people think it’s acceptable to pay you less hours than worked or some weeks decide to change your rate of pay. They are THEIVES. They are not honest people! I won’t be working with this agency again and I won’t be recommending anyone to work with them! It’s also unacceptable that we are made to wait 20/30 minutes every single day for security checks before exiting the buildings. As part of gov standards staff should be paid for the time spent waiting for security checks! The work is unreliable. The people are liars. Just use another agency or just go direct!
