AVOID like the plague
AVOID! AVOID! Or use this company for your precious pets at your peril.
Of all the online prescribing veterinary companies out there this has to be the slowest, most unresponsive, and rude company with insufficient staff. Lesson learnt. I won’t be using these again.

Surprised at some of the negative comments
I have used this company quite a lot recently and I am delighted with their service. I've had reason to contact them on a couple of occasions and what they promised to do, they did, and I cannot thank them enough. It's good to know they can be relied upon which is getting to be a rare bonus these days.

Rude staff, no communication
Sold me prescription medication which I wasn't supposed to be allowed without a prescription. Took until early January to get a refund, when I complained as to why a refund took so long I received rather a rude email. Also ridiculous phone access with only open for 3 hours a day!
Not received a week later - Rubbish Service
Delivery time stated as 2-3 days
Processing time took a week before they even posted my order - leaving my dog without vital painkillers which i had to get from my vet in the end. Total waste of time - I will not be ordering again
Seems 1st class post takes over a week with this company!
Ordered placed Monday 2nd Nov and my account debited. Its' now Sat 6th Nov and it still hasn't arrived. Tried calling, phonelines are shut, tried emailing yesterday, no response yet. When I ordered it said free postage Royal Mail first class. Well even I know thats 24 - 48 hours! 71 quid debited from my account and nothing to show for it and no one to contact! Don;t place you're order with this company unless you don't actually need what you are ordering. Unfortunately I needed the bute I ordered by tomorrow. I would have thought I had given you plenty time to get it to me!
Took 6 days to dispatch
Ordered some antibiotics for my dog off of their website. I expected quick delivery considering it said the delivery would be done using Royal Mail 24. However it took them 6 days to even dispatch the medication. Will be using one of the million other online vet pharmacies in the future.

Ordered prescription and non prescription items. Prescription did arrive but later than expected. Non prescription noted on invoice as not being available until end March 2022. They’ve still charged me for this and I can’t get through on phones and no response to emails.

The price is good but the service could be improved.
Ordered two items, only one came and been charged for delivery (was free delivery for two items). Called and been told that it’s due to the prescription I provided (My bad, as I didn’t check properly after I got it from the vet) - which is okay but they should’ve sent an email or gave me a ring in advance.

Rimadyl 100g tablet payment problems
I got 80 Rimadyl 100g tablets last month. Smooth transaction after loading my prescription, paid, and received the medication 3 days later. On the 28th Jul I tried to order the remainder of his prescription, but upon reaching the payment screen, their online payment system (OPAYO) "unable to capture my transaction". I checked my bank on 29th, and nothing had been taken. Phone not being answered, so with recent comments, it looks as if I might have had a lucky escape
JOKE OF A COMPANY
JOKE OF A COMPANY, ordered Bravecto for my dog and uploaded prescription to my account on 11th June, processed order with order number emailed but still not received, emailed them today asking where my order was, I received a reply stating I chose to email the script and they haven’t received, didn’t even use my name in the email, absolutely appalling customer service, they took my payment though with no question and can clearly see it’s been uploaded to my account, 13 days later they still have my money and ignored email asking for cancel and refund
Great service, easy ordering and super fast deliveryry!
I have a Westie with Malassezia a chronic skin condition, who needs Malaseb baths twice a week. I normally get the treatment shampoo from my Vet but as it was out of stock from his supplier he was unable to prescribe it for her. I have never ordered prescription meds online as I thought it would be a pain to get the prescription etc. However needs must so I ordered from 365vets and cannot underestimate you how easy it was, I ordered one day and got the Malaseb 2 days later! I will certainly order again. Thank you very much from a relieved owner and Bella the Westie.

Third occasion we have ordered meds from 365, this last time, emailed the order to 365vet on Sunday evening the prescription was dealt with, dispatched and arrived at our home in Prestatyn today, Tuesday, and this was by normal postage, thank you 365, brilliant service and at half the price our vet would charge for same meds.

I have used 365 vet about 6/7 times. I can say that they are very helpful and excellent service. The price of the tablets I need for my dog are very expensive from my local vet. The same tablets from 365 vet are a fraction of the price. And of same quality. I will be using 365 vet again as my dog will be on this medication for life.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT WAS INCORRECT (MY FAULT!) ORDERED PANACUR WORMING GRANULES 1.8G instead of 4.5G!! I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS FACT! I JUST WISHED THAT 365VET WOULD DO LIKEWISE & RESOLVE THIS ISSUE! What I am Angry & Upset about is the “HORRORS OF COMMUNICATION” with 365Vet. Once I placed order “WITHIN Roughly AN HOUR”I emailed them (late at night) so email would have been between order being placed (11.34pm?) and early hours of 9 Feb 2021 via there “Contact Us” on Website! NEVER USE THE COMPANY LINK! Always PASTE & DO FROM YOUR OWN EMAIL FOR A LOG! Because I’ve spent in total over three hours (today) plus this lengthy review! trying to resolve. Unacceptable to admit TWO Lost EMails! (Ones No Log for) 50 minutes prior to drs appt. holding on phone call (I have Log!) 50 minutes & a flat car battery (air conditioning!) Again my error but caused due to 365vets intrangidence! for which I had to be recovered because I used 365 Vet website again then realised I have no record & then re wrote a second email so I had a log! Being honest I advised it was a duplicate (& why I was resending via different means!! 🙁) Upon return home then receive incorrect order!!! COMPANY DIDNT SEND ORDER CONFIRMATION, when I queried this fact... ANN ADMITTED TO I.T.ISSUES WHICH COMPANY I.T. Ann’s phone voice tone was off from the start! Ann claimed I had “Upset her staff” “Shayla” which I know isn’t the case! I’m not a rude or aggressive person! I’m writing this review directly after! I’m using my time to leave this review because this company has no respect for Their customers time & Suggestion to improve its level of service! Speedy and Cost effective - 5 stars
We ordered some Metacam for our dog late on Friday evening and it's already delivered today (the following Tuesday morning). It seems Metacam is in short supply in the UK at the moment so we were stuck with the smaller bottle options. Many other site seem to be a good deal more expensive, for whatever reason, but 365Vet provided them at the same rates I have seen in the past and it's worked out very cost effective vs other suppliers we looked at. Very happy overall and will use them again in the future for sure... 5 stars!
